Fabrication is complete. A HLG-185H-C1050B is recommended for a single board both channels wired in series for 100 watts. For two boards wire both channel1 for both drivers in series and wire both boards in series with a HLG- 185H-C500B for two hundred watts.

BTW, The GrowGreen100 is on it's way. For One Board I recommend using a HLG-185H-C1050B driver with both channels wired in series for single board control for 100w of high Lumen energy. For two boards I recommend using a HLG-185H-C500B driver for 200w of high lumen energy.
Ignore the TROLLS they are just jealous. Jealousy is a person with NO Character's manner of Showing RESPECT.

Samsung calculator for 1 board/384, a ½ board/192 and for one string/32 LED's.(only calculated with 3.000k/CRI)
Left side @1050mA
6=175mA per string/LED)
Right side @700mA6=116,7mA per string/LED)
I take the AZ voltage bin because it needs the 2,9V @175mA that you've mentioned. (A1 would be 3V and AY 2,8V@175mA)
Driver loss is already included in this calculation, so lumens per watt is the estimated system effiency.
When the LER of 3000°k is 325lm one board @1050mA would be 48% efficient, @700mA it would be 52% and @350mA ~56% system effiency! Really nice!

I chose to share my journey here in a place supposed to be for common good and sharing. I was villified attacked called names and just down right ugliness. It never originated from me I show respect to others even from behind a screen and yet I am still attacked.

They taught me the path of respect for all others even when they appear to not deserve it they are the one's needing it most it is called Buddhism the teaching of respect and equality.

2nd more accurate calculation for the current 3k/CRI90 + 5k/CRI80 layout.- Left side is S3/AZ bin in 3000°k/Ra90 @500mA, @700mA and @1050mA
- Right side S6/AZ bin in 5000°k/Ra80 @500mA, @700mA and @1050mA
- 94,2w @500mA, 15841lm, 168,2lm/w
- 134,4w @700mA, 21959lm, 163,4lm/w
- 207,6w @1050mA, 30686lm, 147,7lm/w
Efficiency is hard to calculate without LER for 3k/CRI90 and 5k/CRI80 spectrum, but I'm pretty sure the values are similar to those above.
On par with any other board using this diodes.

I would add wago connectors for dc-in and -out for the next charge, if you order one, and change a few other things but apart from this, really good work.

It looks nice now. I am glad that u listenened to my advise to line up the leds with some snap function in the design program. You are a hypocrite indeed. In the begin I was nice to you. At the point when I and some others told you that dimming with a 10V source was not necessary you got angry, denied it and started namecalling. When I told u that the leds where not placed even you got angry and started namecalling again. From that point on I did ugly to you. Sunni told me to be nice to you. I will never point out flaws in your designs again. I hope nobody does that again. I am looking forward to see you DIY. DIY means do it yourself. No help or advice.
