Day 40.
As those who are also following the Blue Dream'matic thread will know, I have been critically ill in hospital with sepsis then septic shock, so I haven't even seen my plants for a fortnight. I went down to the garage a couple of days ago and saw my girls for the first time. Apart from a few lower leaves lightening up they were in a lot better state than I imagined. My wife only gave them water and seaweed extract while I was ill, so I have to say I am mightily impressed with the Lidl own brand multi purpose compost. No wonder it came top of the Which Magazine trials. Our hanging baskets and tubs are growing better than they have for years as well, all using the Lidl.
As well as no feed, the british summertime is happening this week, so temps inside the garage have got up to 30C. Temps inside the cabinet are only 1-2C higher than ambient so I can't complain. Lights out is from midday to 4pm. Garage side door is wide open as well as a window now, so air temps are more like 25C now in there.
Gave both girls a 1/3 strength feed yesterday, I will slowly increase this until full strength or they show signs of tip burn.
Plant looks different greens as I didn't realise flash was on some. Couldn't be arsed to retake them. They actually look more like the darker green rather than the yellowy green, and they are nowhere near as faded as they look on my screen.

IMG_20180629_182046.jpg i put two cups of alfalfa meal in 3 gallons of peat mix/perlite. never thought that would be enough to burn anything, even an auto. if i wasn't concerned about slowing them down more, i'd transplant them into plain peat mix. haven't given them anything but ph'ed water since i repotted them, and won't till they start to grow right again.
think i might start another of each in their final pot, in unamended medium.

IMG_20180709_102752.jpg IMG_20180709_102758.jpg starting to get over the transplant shock. just feeding ph'ed water till they look like they want some food.
been sitting them in the flower tent when the lights are on, back to the veg tent when the flower tents goes off. so they're getting about 13 hours of hps, an hour of dark, then 10 hours of 300 watts of t5s

Day 52

Plant showing signs of deficiencies, probably because I was about 2 weeks later than I should starting nutes due to illness. On full strength nutes now and there are no new signs so hopefully I have stopped it.
Strong smell now when I open the cabinet. You can see crystals very easily now.
The buds are bulkier and have more crystals than the Blue Dream'matic, although there are fewer budson this than on that plant.
Brooklyn Sunrise is on the right in the group shot.

Day 60

Getting closer to the chop!
Struggled last week as temps have been regularly touching 30C+ in the garage and I can't really use an aircon unit in there. Bought a bigger fan and I intake from a shaded area at ground level, so it lowers intake air by a couple of degrees and the new fan keeps it at pretty much the same temp. That is why I usually grow photo's, so I can have lights off during the day in peak summer, or not grow at all.

Bigger, denser buds than the Blue Dream'matic, but she looks a smaller plant overall and less healthy - she shed a lot of lower leaves last week.

She is on the right of group pic.
