Your talking Federal crimes I think, where it's possible that the civil case brought by Stormy, which now being resolved in Cali will be a big thorn in the side of Trump, seeing as he could be called to testify, and there is no hiding from that.
He would have to answer that subpoena.

You are really showing yourself to be a dumb one. DOJ policy can change rather quickly...hence why the fuck it is not law. Need an example. Review their "gag order" policy when Microsoft sued their ass. I would supply a link but you need to do some research so you can learn on your own. anyone else I will gladly PM it to you, but I bet most are smart enough to use Google.

Exactly, but the damage to Trump is going to come from impeachment, not federal indictment.
