I believe I have described it accurately all along as DOJ policy. You seem to be saying that there is a substantial difference between a policy and a current opinion on the law at DOJ? I'm not aware of a distinction. Do you have an example where a DOJ policy and current opinion are is opposition?

Your talking Federal crimes I think, where it's possible that the civil case brought by Stormy, which now being resolved in Cali will be a big thorn in the side of Trump, seeing as he could be called to testify, and there is no hiding from that.
He would have to answer that subpoena.
