Started Auto Somango and Auto sweet Tooth. Both germinated but sweet tooth went under heavy rain and died due to damping before shotting the cotelydons:wall:. But these things happen particularly when you're using the big light in the sky:o
But somehow Auto Somango survived and showed some green:hump:. Kept her under roofing with NL auto:leaf:.2B785BB3-7E56-4341-A1DF-8AFB8E3FE128.jpeg

Had an oh-shit moment (literally) this weekend. I bought some imported organic fertilizer from a gardening store, it comes in form of dried pellets. :dunce:

So didn't think much and made an inch thick layer of these dried pellets on the soil and watered, before you know it my whole grow room started smelling like chicken shit  unbearably strong stench of chicken poo was everywhere. Also I realized chicken manure is not a great fertilizer for marijuana as it is very nitrogen rich and could cause nutrient burn. So then I sat there scooping out all the bird shit from the pot :cuss:

Apart from this fiasco, White LSD auto is growing well got 2nd set of leaves, but it seems quite slow. Can anyone comment if it looks alright for 9 days from seedling?

Chicken poo is a good fert for a fully vegged plant and not for a seedling with just two leaves. Nitrogen is essential for growth of cannabis plant and again when it comes to an auto seedling you should never over feed it.

She is looking good and green for a 9 day old except for the burn in the leaves. Don't feed her anything other than water until she shows preflower.

Bro, Thanks for the tips :bigjoint: As you have suggested I will be feeding it only plain R.O. water till pre-flower.

The burn on the first leaves was me being greedy  and placing the plant to close to CFL one day, but on seeing the burn, I raised the lights to about 3 inches. Seems back to normal now.

I'm worried why is my plant growing so slow new set of leaves are forming but i have no idea if it's normal. View attachment 4152941
Looks alright to me. bongsmilie

Seedlings grow slowly for the first two weeks, as the plant is establishing its roots. Once the plant is in vegetative stage usually 10-12 days from seedling, growth takes off and you can expect visible increase on daily basis. Patience is key, also don't overwater! :weed:

Cheers!

If you are much worried about getting regular sunlight then do her indoor with proper lighting setup.
Don't stress the auto seedling by exposing it to partial sunlight and artificial light at same time.

Hey man,
Don't know much about outdoor grows. But for indoors one 35W CFL is definitely not enough. For a seedling you should use at least two to three 30W CFLs. Prefer 6500K for vegging and add 3500K spectrum CFL for flowering.

Once your plant grows bigger you will need to add more lights. Ideally 150W of CFL for a single plant is recommended. CFL yields 0.25 grams per watt. So do the math and figure out how much light you can add.

I am using three 27W CFL and one 30W LED. Planning to add 4 more 27W CFL by next week.

Hope this helps.

Else you can try her indoor with the lighting @rollincuzimlow suggests and plant her outdoor when the rainy season stops. But all these things are possible for a photo strain which takes a hell lot of time to veg and flower outdoor, not for an auto which you are gona harvest within 70 days.

Do her outdoor or do her indoor. Grow her at the same lighting till you harvest.

Barneys Farm Top Dawg. This Cannabis cup winner is a blend of Mexican Sativa x Afghani Indica Kush. Very much excited to smoke this bitch.
Topped her and into Mainlining now. Gona top her multiple times at every branches to keep her short and bushy.
Hope she starts to flower at-least in October.4f342585-21cd-454e-96b2-afc08d6c7502.jpg

So that's the reason why my plant is growing really slow I was thinking that I'll let her grow in a single light now once she grows I'll add more light but now I'll place her under 75 watt once she grows I'll add more with time .thanks for the valuable information.

Day 30 for this little bloomer. Must harvest her little early while the trichomes are cloudy, shouldn't let it ambar this time.

Had some bong shots with my trial buds.bongsmilie
Damn Smoking 30% ambar indica dominant strain leaves me severe Couch locked:shock:, continued smoking late at night leads to heavy body stoned.

I always like cerebral buzz:bigjoint:I'm sativa kinda person:eyesmoke:.Gona give her some 30 more days before I check for trichomes.
