It's my first grow while the seed was sprouting the outer shell was stuck to the cotyledons leaf .I tried to remove it gently and next day I noticed that my leaves are damaged I was worried if it will even grow its first true leaf but luckily it healed and started growing it's first set of leaf..I'm growing outdoor in my balcony I don't have indoor setup .I've attached a pic of my balcony grow setup

I think in India sativa dominant plants do better and yields more I have a friend in Mumbai he suggested me that indica plants have a hard time outdoor in India that's why I decided to get my hands on Durban poison auto it's a pure sativa and is resistant to molds due to high humidity and yields 70-100 grams a plant hope I get some good yield so hope you guys help me out on my first grow and it's great to connect with poeple in India who are now growing quality strains and I was just wondering why the auto northern light yield was so less

Nice! growing is always a great learning experience especially in the very beginning 8)

Seedlings are very sensitive during first week, but as long as your plant is getting new growth, you're golden. Your set-up looks decent, pot size and soil both seem to be good!

I'm just curious as to what contraption it is that you have covered your plant with in the second pic, and whats that metal box thing on top if you don't mind?

I suggest keeping your plant under 18-20 hours of light until it has 3-4 sets of leaves, to avoid stretching the stem if the plant is not receiving enough direct sunlight.

Cheers!

I'm enjoying the process ..I have covered the plant with a metal strainer so that the birds or insect cannot harm the seedlings and that metal box is a led light that I'm using for seedlings and yes I'm keeping them under light for 20 hours.( sunlight and led ) anyway can I know from where I can order seeds in India currently I have only 2 seeds left of Durban poison thinking of getting some more seeds.

landrace that I'm currently smoking have no seeds and the quality is decent smells like lime and mango
Damn brah thats some top-shelf land race mal u got there! I am jealous lol.. :bigjoint:

Sadly most of the stuff around here is laced/full of seeds, I'd happily pay more if I get the kind of lemon/mango stuff you have.

I'm sure your durban poison will recover well and grow some dense buds..:leaf: Just make sure you don't over-water your plant, most first time growers make this mistake and end up killing the roots and eventually the plant. Only water when soil seems dry down to two knuckles deep.

I am no expert, but there's some great people here from whom I've lots to learn!

Looking at these pics makes me want to fire up one :joint: lol...

There are Hell lot of seed banks around who can deliver to India. Its upto you to choose since some offer credit card payment and some go for direct bank transfer.
I personally buy from Strainsupermarket.

And this is the best advice which a new grower needs.

I got around 200 grams of green for just Rs 1000.
Wish if i could share those seeds with poeple who want to grow outdoor as this plant is really resistant to humidity and pest .
I water the Durban poison once a day with 10 to 15 ml of water and she's doing good now
