Highlife seeds scam? Or is Attitude starting to "sell" our private info?

just for some perspective: i've never ordered seeds online, and i just searched all my emails, no seed spam.

Def a conspiracy of massive proportions that'll have far reaching consequences for decades to cum.

The fact that any of this surprises any of you surprises the hell outta me.

Luckily I've moved since I last ordered anything online and the card I used expired so none of it is really worth much, but I'd still like to know how this happened. If it wasn't for this thread I probably would have just cleaned out my spam folder and never seen it

yah, me as well.. i usually do peruse my spam folder right quick, and if i don't recognize anything, i just ignore them.. i guess i hadn't checked my spam in a few until i read this thread.. thanks to the op for the heads up though.. way to be on the ball..

kind of puts the buying advice of safe name/safe address back on the radar
not that i think there's much danger at the moment, just a disturbing choice by some parties to shop out personal info

Attitude or someone working for attitude skimmed and sold their mailing list.

I have an e-mail address that I made ONLY for an attitude order and to get on the newsletter years ago. It has never touched another cannabis related website, and, since it's a throwaway gmail address I never deleted any mail from it and can search every e-mail i've ever received.

That e-mail got the spam.

Good job attitude - first you work with incompetent and hacked payment processors, now you or someone working for you is selling your contacts.

I tried the @attitude address and it got returned. If you email [FONT=&quot][FONT=&quot][FONT=&quot][email protected] it doesn't come back.

Yeah this one worked for me too. . I still can't believe these guys from Attitude, exposing us like that, i just spoke with my lawyer, he told me that any rent, sharing or by any means unauthorized distribution of such delicate personal data between companies, or even businesses of the same business group, is prohibited by law and can very well result in a lawsuit. . Just in case someone feels acting like i will

well, it sounds like that one poster was in the uk, and i know a lot of us are also in the states, so it sounds like it's not country specific from what i see on this thread.. did anyone happen to notice the date on this email?? i didn't really pay attention, and i've since deleted it, so i was just wondering when it came to must of us...
and hey nothing, i didn't notice mine either until i put into my search function on my email account high life, and that is when it came up for me.. the actual name on the email wasn't high life, it was something else.. try and do the search of high life if you have a search function for your emails..
