Been following along your grows since you switched to QB ... Looking good .
No worries about that stem break , now you know if stem is feeling stiff and " woody " it might break. Look into LST on your next runs , easy way to shape plants ...

Keep us posted ..
Got some gas and guns autos and some mauvelous autos from glc coming tomorrow!!! Not gonna start em til my other plants are done... Got some chem dawg fems coming on Saturday... And my forum stompers are on the way next week also....

Advise from the more experienced please. I'm swapping all my HID lights out for the HLG-320xl's. Metal Halid and Sodium included. I have separate dedicated veg and flower rooms. My question, is there a noticeable difference in the 3000K, 4000K, or 2700K for veg or flower under these lights. Thought I was just gonna stick with 3000K. But why cheat myself if you can see a difference in the real world. Thanks for any advice offered.

I've been old school for sure long enough. I'm ready for the swap, moving on up! Thanks again for any knowledge shared.

From what I've learned, 3000k will take you from seed to flower,3500k is just for veg,and I don't have any idea what 4000k will do... My 3000k qb288 is working wonders on my plants!!!15290258724041931209504.jpg

Ohhh! I stand corrected... Don't listen to me cause obviously I still have a lot to learn...
Sounds to me like everything must work ok. I'm gonna stick to the 3000K for veg. I want to give the 4000K a go with flowering. Just wish I knew if there was a noticeable difference between the two. Thanks guys!

You can ask the owner directly here. He probably has a bit better idea than me. I'm currently doing my first run under only 3000k. I have a 260XL in 3000k, my last run I stuck my 4000k 304 in the middle with its own driver, and ran each board around 50 watts for veg. 3000k on the wings and 4000k in the middle. I left the 4000k where it was and just turned up the 260 during transition. You can try out lots of different things, all of it will likely work pretty well. QBs are killer.

Thanks my friend. Thirty years with HID. I'm ready for the move. I flower under two 600 HPS over a 5 x 7 Aeroflow 60. Straight to flower 12/12 from a six inch clone. Two, two and half lb's a run. Sometimes more. I'm just hoping my yield stays up close to what it is now. That's why I'm thinking 4000K for flower. But I'm sorta lost on which is best. But I'm guessing it all works! Lol

4000k actually opened my eyes ... It simulates the light spec at High Noon . And the plants love it ... The little extra blue is NOT a deal breaker.
I'm thinking along that line myself. I only flower in flower room, no veg. And I'm pretty sure veg would be fine with 4000K. I'm ordering tomorrow. I'm apprehensive a little. I'll have to spend a little time dialing it all in. But I'm sure I'm on the right track. And I'm excited too. Hoping for bigger and better. It's all gonna be fine. Thanks again.

Three 320's for flower. One 320 in veg. I can always add more.

I love the 320s. I have my self-rigged one that I mentioned above and one of the Nichia based fixtures. Next year I'm going for the 288 v2 based fixture. Maybe they'll have something even better by then! 288 v3? :o

Yeah, I know... This is what happened to my nl/big bud when I tried to supercrop it... Now I'm trying to clone the branches off the part that broke... View attachment 4148398
Im sorry but you have russet mites or broad mites.
Use a 100x scope and you'll see them.
The damage looks pretty bad. I would scrap and start over.
When you start over.. overload your grow area with cucumeris mites.
