...except they aren't. They do everything a COB does, only more efficiently and at many useful drive currents can operate without any more heat sink than an aluminum plate. The third strike is their light distribution footprint, and the new boards are the clear winner.
I think great for side lighting also with less heat and wide thin footprint

Except I can build it cheaper. I'm thinking ~800w in 15sq ft. 8 modules. I will only need 650 or so. I like to have a little head room.

Thinking of 4000K+red or 4000K or 3000K+5000K. Also considering 90 CRI. Also considering different size boards. But will take a 2-3 months.
For now only 3000K 80 CRI

Personally I am looking for a 100wish 4000k-5000k type light for veg sometime this next year so that would be nice.
