voltage within 0.1V for these boards
set the drill to same torque when i screwed down the boards on heatsink.

Anodized vs non anodized
Testing Horizontal Boards with 700ma and then at 1050ma

Thermocouple installed. Temps measured at center of heatsink on the back.

T1 non anodized
T2 Anodized
Waited for T1-T2 to get to 0 or 0.1C before starting test
Waiting for thermocouple T1-T2

I will need 8. I will watch and see. I have an smd solder station in case of a diode failure. I hope you have plenty. If it seems reliable they will sell.

2 boards were wired in series to ensure same current passes though.
Remote Driver.

Test at 700mA
700ma per board is 75 Watts per board.
Non Anodized was 52.2C -52.6C
Anodized was 46.4C -46.5C
T Ambient 22C
Looks like the anodized heatsink is running 6C cooler than the Non Anodized

Test at 1050mA

1050ma per board is 115 Watts per board.
Non Anodized was 65.4C
Anodized was 58.2C
T Ambient 22C
Looks like the anodized heatsink is running 7.2C cooler than the Non Anodized

Notes:
Installing driver on top of the heatsink will reduce heatsink cooling.
With no air movement Boards on heatsink can run at 700mA with driver on top of heatsink.
With airflow in grow space 1050mA will be fine too with driver on top of heatsink.
Adding a spacer between the driver and heatsink to elevate the driver will also improve performance.

Robin looks good and thank you for getting this done for us ! I'll be running my driver externally outside of my grow tent so that should cutdown on some of the heat for a small space. I don't think people realize just how thin of a profile these are.

Not sure which one you have. If it can handle heats load of 3070, it can handle head load of boards. yes it will work fine,

Im pretty sure it's the 5.8 its whatever was popular when growmau5 started making videos haha I'll measure them tonight when I get home hopefully it can handle it I want to run 2 bars above a 4x4 and the 3rd bar as side lighting I was hoping for 1000w from the 3 bars

I have some nice, 140mm fans Will mount one to my board
