This jalopeno won't die. I started this thing from seed months ago and have had it in the grow room, then out in the shop for a couple months not watered. I cleaned it up, watered it, and put it under the 400.

4 months ago? i harvested my world of seeds afghan kush ryder 55 days from seed under 20/4 light schedg.
i just started my first seriuos grow. By serious i mean spent money on seeds to start with good genetivcs . how pleased were you with the potency? did you just harvest the whole plant or did you just take what would allow you to harvest it again? i know its possible to do that but how practical is it to get a couple harvests from an auto particularly akr

Here are two AKRs chopped at the base last night hanging upside down. LST'd. They smell soooo good.
Do you have any updates on the seedlings you got from these akr's?

Did you self (any of) the plants? If so, did you get hermies from those babies? Been seeing a lot of people saying that it can cause that, but there are no scientific facts about why that happens and I haven't heard of it. Knew you grew a few babies out already tho. Very well from what I recall.

Here is another round. These are the ones I germed on 9/22.

All 5 germed at the same time in paper towels then were placed in red cups. Same soil. The bigger containers are 1 gal. Smaller are red party cups. I just couldn't transplant those lil buggers yet. Damn slackers.

No Hazy. I created the seeds once and have just been growing the same thing since. They have all been female. No males. No hermies.

Definitely letting the plants go a bit longer does the trick. With these AKRs anyway.

Here ya go Guy. AKR of course. All I have going right now is 1 plant/bud growing in a 1 gallon and 1 LSTd with 8 buds.

Sorry. I need to play around on here more. I like the new format but hate the learning curve.

So here are both. Shitty pic I know.

Here is the single bud in the 1 gallon. It's about ready to come down.

The rest of the pics are the LSTd girl. 8 bud sites. Filling in nicely.

And next in line. Yep another AKR.

I didn't really do much. It was approximately 4 months from the time I planted the seed to harvesting the seeds. Yes, 4 months is way too long IMO, but this was a side experiment and just wanted to give them plenty of time to dry. At 4 months, I picked the seeds out and just let them sit in an open jar for a week or two.

The seeds are currently in a couple pill bottles with a few of these stuffed in there to keep moisture out.

Great thread. Thanks for taking the time to share all of this good info with all of us. Appreciate the service.

A question if I may. The seeds that came from the plant that was pollinated with its own pollen ( S-1), were those plants pretty close to identical to each other and to original plant,"mother"? If so would you say that they were almost like clones? If they were not alike, how much do they vary?

Thanks in advance for any and all answers.
