Afghan Kush Ryder - WTF lets SEED ONE

Lo B - I plan on keeping this going for a bit. Got a few seeds (very few) in a couple buds. I have to assume there was pollen present somewhere. I started 6 of those seeds and only two germed. They must be fems. We will see in 3 weeks or so.

I will also be doing another seed run using TM again with better pics and documentation soon.

You say only 2 germinated. Did you let them dry out? Were they mature a looking full brown?

No they were not aged and dried properly. AKA - young seeds. I was expecting zero germination.

I need to start another 4 germing from the seeds I made a while ago. These two will be fillers. Probably trimmed all up with 1 big bud at the top.

Are those 4 from the CS experiment you "made a while ago"?

I am still waiting for the pollen. I think if ever, then it will be within a week to mature.
I still have about 1.5 months (at least) flowering. Would you think that's enough for viable seeds?
Or I could just leave the branch with the seeds on after harvest. That would work, wouldn't it?

i clipped the main cola off and the rest of the plant aborted seed production
on the akr i CS'd i didnt have luck with it but maybe it was a fluke

haha Ugh ugly leaves are such an eyesore on beautiful flowering plants, but I only pull them when they are mostly full yellow/brown or crunching up. Then the next couple days a new batch yellows up haha You have some really forsty sugar leaf edges tho! Looks great

I decided to weigh some bud. Haven't done it for a long time because it's all mine and I give it away to friends. I have no reason to weigh it.

So first off I minus the container.




Load up the bud.







This is two AKRs dried and ready to burn. I have already given a friend about a 1/4, I've vaped about two of these buds, and have all this popcorn.



Not too shabby for a little LST job.

Do you use any other lights besides the 400w

Nope. I start them with CFLs early on then straight to the 400.
