I'm more curious as to whether selfed seeds from autos will also be autos. You AKR is an autoflower correct? Were the femmed seeds you made also carry the autoflower trait?

Grow with a 12/12 light schedule from seedling, sex will show as early as possible and You can kill Your males and then you have Females!
You can re veg them (18/6) or just run them right thru at 12/12, just change to red spectrum bulbs when the Flowers start to show calyx and pistols and you are on your way.

Took this pic about 15 mins ago. Yep started some more. The max I can fit under my light is 4 plants. I started with 6 seeds to get my 4. Of course they all hatched. What to do what to do.

The AKR I started with was a fem autoflower. So far all seeds I have grown out were exactly like the mother plant. All female and all auto.

hey highlow, hope all is going well with you, i will pm you as well but i figured iwould post here first and see if i can get a little help. i made my own colloidal silver using distilled water, 3 9-volt batters all connected together with clips using pre 1960 USA quarters ( 90% silver, 10% copper )...i know this may not be the best thing to use but i was not able to get ahold of .999 silver at the time and i figured im not drinking the shit so i dont see a problm with a little copper as long as its mostly silver.

well, i hooked evrything up and left it for 48 hours or 72, somewhere around there, when i looked in the water it was clear (no yellow tinge) and there was a SHIT ton of silver floating around, alot at the bottom built up but you can tell it was all in the water and pretty good. so just to be sure i left it for another 2 or 3 days and just let it run in about...10 ozs of water, by the time i was done it was CLEAR that there was at LEAST silver in the water, whether it was ''colloidal silver'' im still waiting on the verdict to come back. so i then filtered out the huge pieces of silver at the bottom and put the rest in a spray bottle, which wasnt much, but enough to experiment. nowi know it needs to be at least 30-50 PPM, but given how long i did it i feel my solution is prob MUCH higher than that, but also notto high i hope. i have been spraying for 3 or 4 days now, only 2 branches....but they are 2 seprate plants, both fem seeds, more of an experiment than anything. the first few days spraying i didnt notice much hapening, i made sure to zip tie the branches and label them careflly so i know which 2 were ONLY getting the CS solution spray. after about 3 days or so like last night, when the light period started i checked on the branches to get ready to give them there daily spray down for the day and I noticed that the hairs on the 2 branches i sprayed have started to turn brown, pretty much the SAME color they turn as they get deeper into flower and start to receede into the bud etc. im sure u know what i mean...i checked the other branches in the tent thoroughly and there is clearly NO browning hairs as of right now EXCEPT on the branches that have been sprayed with my solution. the plants are about 20 days flowering ( i beleive i switched to 12/12 on september 6)....so theres plenty of white hairs and the bud clusters are started to take hold but as i said all white hairs nothing brown EXCEPT the ones with the CS sprayed on it for the 4 days or so. what i want to know is this normal, or did it happen with you? What i am thinking is maybe my CS solution is to strong but maybe not so strong its not killing them but maybe just doing a little damage, now, i dont really care how much damage is done as long as i get the pollen to show up in a few weeks after spraying. I just want to be sure that im doing the right thing or im on at least the right track, im not sure what i made was colloidal silver for sure BUT im very handy and followed some teks online to the T, so i beleive i did it right. the plants nor the branches that were sprayed are showing no signs of distress, stress or anything other than the browning hairs, i mean they dont look bad or like they are dieing or anything but they just sort of look like they are further along than the rest of the plant because of the brown pistils. am i on the right track here? am i poisoning my plant because my solution is to high maybe? if so i can easily mix with plain water or make another batch and not let it go so long.

i guess what im asking is when you did this did your pistils turn brown after a few days or a week of spraying or did everything just appear fine and dandy until the day they started throwing pollen sacs? im very sorry for the long post but im just trhying to get a good idea of what im doing here, the seeds i have/plants i have are very limited because of a recent job loss so it is IMPERATIVE that i get this right and make these seeds this time around, otherwise im looking at losing alot of strains that took many years of work to get. but anyways dude, can you shed some light on this for me? im goign to PM you this as well, again sorry for such a long post. later

Here is another round. These are the ones I germed on 9/22.

photo 3.JPG
All 5 germed at the same time in paper towels then were placed in red cups. Same soil. The bigger containers are 1 gal. Smaller are red party cups. I just couldn't transplant those lil buggers yet. Damn slackers.

I gotta say his round of AKR's are the best I have grown. Or should I say chopped right on time. The high is a good hour and a half and feels great.

I vape ALOT.

I was thinking about trying this by getting the pollen from a non-auto. female plant.

Female plants dont have pollen unless you orce them to make male flowers and if you are going to do that then you might as well just do it to the akr female instead of another plant which will not give you the same genetics. If you dont want to use chemicals to do that or get fem seeds, then you can take a male plant (might a well use an auto) and then the babies will be crossable with he akr oroginal fem seed plants until the babies are pretty much the same.

Well it's been a couple weeks. Here's what I have going on.

3 AKRs in 5 gallons
2 AKRs in 1 gallons growing tall and slender. I pretty much stripped the lower 2/3 of the plant otherwise they would not fit under the 400. Should have a nice bud on top
and a japaleno in a pear tree.

Here are some randon pics I just took. If you follow the jalapeno plant up to the left side, you will see a pepper growing. For some reason I think that is fukn cool.

BTW - All the AKR seeds I have grown out have been Fem.
