i am going to germ my seeds tonight and once they germ can i put them straight to the soil outside? and how long should the root be when i put it in the soil? also how deep adn how wet should the soil be?

i have a couple weeks before i start my first grow but want to practice germing some seeds i can simply buy from the store so what seeds will work aswell as marijuana seeds?

i am growing mine near a path where people often walk by but it will be about 35-50 meters away from the path grass grows here almost up to your knees and i am growing early wonder skunk so will i have to worry about people smelling it?
