I am going to germ and put my seeds in the soil all in my closet and am wondering once the seedlings sprout should i immediatly get them some light? and when there in the cups before they sprout and once they sprout i am going to have a plastic bag on them to keep it humid, when should i take that off because i am planning to grow them in that cup outside my house somewhere and then when there big enough put them in my actual grow site.

once the seedling has broken the soil you can remove any plastic, give it 18/6(pref) or 24/0 light. i find for young seedlings you cant go wrong with a cfl for the first week.
good luck with them
just keep a close eye on the soil moisture

Put them in beer cups poke a couple drainage holes in the bottom and fill, water, poke a hole 1/2 inch deep in soil drop in seeds cover gently up under your light as close as you can without heating the soil up and go. Once you see them pop cut light to 20 on 4 off till they go out side.
