See weed is not like either potshots or tobacco. It will be controlled like nothing else. If youre not a lp you won't be growing it legally under Justin's plan. That's the plain and simple truth you cant fucking dodge.

Dim fuk?

What part of the simple word "legal" do you not understand!!
Are you assuming that if the Libs (or anyone else) manage to legalize it, that the law will extend to growing as well?

I really really hope you're right, but even after it gets legalized, the Gov't will still attempt to keep its 'Regulatory Fingers' in the pie.

Just my humble opinion.

Funny.
You didn't seem to know we had protections in place for pharmaceuticals.
After all you just finished liking a post about it.

You call me dim?
You don't understand basic principles of supply and demand
You don't understand the term Legal

And as you continue to stress your ignorance and self professed asshole ways you continue to make yourself look like a complete idiot.

Unfortunately no under the liberals plan you will NOT be allowed to produce your own even if you don't sell it.

And you don't get a closed market is a controlled market. Where do the liberals or JT say we will be able to produce your own weed at home? Answer this one question. No dodging answer the fucking question. Where when who within the liberal party of Canada in this election has said we will be allowed home grows?

Your current system doesn't get much more closed than it currently is.
What was it 26 producers?

I think legalization in terms of medical selling would need some kind of control so you don't see inferior quality bud being sold as medical but being able to produce your own at your own risk shouldn't be regulated. Honestly, most of us were born way too early in this worlds history to really see the benefits of what an evolved society can achieve. We're still stuck in a 20th century mentality that won't be shed for another generation and we're old and grey.

They have pledged to legalize and regulate.
Regulate means sales in stores and taxation just like beer or smokes.

Please explain why you feel the system would be any different or worse than the model in place for cigs or booze.

I'm not dodging, I've expressed my opinion about the term legal, my opinions on pricing and why it would be that way due to basic principles.

I've been arguing my points.
Your turn to explain your thoughts.

They support full legalization!

Why can't you understand what legal means? You of all people, as a med user should know better!

You fought and won to be able to grow plants that were previously illegal to everyone because it became legal for med!!

What difference would there be when its legal for everyone?

You should know better.

There really isnt much need for control.

What is inferior quality bud? Quality is a subjective thing. There's really only clean and not clean. Clean meaning free of mold/mildew and pesticides or at least the pesticides used are known.

If your selling unclean bud, the market will dictate how long your in business.

I do know what it means. You seem to have no clue but that's just the sad state of affairs we live in today. Idiots think they're helping by voting liberal ar totally missing the boat and the fucking point of true legalization witch is self production. With out it legalization means shit to everyone in the Canadian medical section. Bro.

Arguing semantics.

Are potatoes legal?
Hmm.

Not too far of a stretch to figure out what will happen.
I've explained it to you so clearly already.

I'm done arguing with you. I've given far more explanation than I should need to ranging from pricing to legality.

I even gave you a reference to the laws surrounding the med scene and how the laws would have to be when it becomes legal. Because it will be LEgAL!

Still you haven't argued your position or offered a substantial rebuttal of any validly to support your position.

Call all the names you want, but until you can back up even a single statement of yours, you're making yourself look foolish.

Anything else you'd like to call me while you try to figure this stuff out?

I heard JT on the news saying he doesn't support storefront sales.

Where do you think it would be sold when it's legal?
Probably not a corner store but I'm willing to lay money on it that you could buy it in places where adults buy beer.

Of course it won't be in a corner store, it's an intoxicant similar to but far safer than alcohol.

I doubt a pack of splifs will be sold beside a pack of cigs in a 7-11 or similar stores.

You guys just want to argue for the sake of arguing, and that's okay.
I've given enough explanation and examples. I don't need to continue.
