the truth of it is.....

legalization is what should be happening...Period.

If this bunch wanna start it,,,, so be it! Even if it is for 4 years, 18 months, what have you.!?!?!.

IT'S A START!!!!

This has to START and this 'one' person is the only 'one' who has said he would 'do it'.

Everyone is better off if they do this..!!! Specially the sick if they can study and use it finally!

We all need to be on the same page no matter how much WE THINK it may hurt ...Its four years!!!

Its been 10 years of HELL... It can only get better

We need to vote for ONE person..not ....Tom Dick AND OR Harriett

JUST ONE FOLKS.....

I only see one who will indeed keep patients out of jail!!!

I dont give a rats ass about the rest of the plan....nothing much will change in 4 years,,but patients wont have jail hanging over their head.

simple shit really...

Not any I've been at. Because you can't sell it.
Where was I wrong in saying it would probably be regulated like tobacco and booze?
NO it will be regulated big time see the problem with the government allowing even med patients to grow abuse meaning its not about getting a license to grow weed for your self or a few patients ..
more or less you use the license to grow and deal pot .. this was the whole shit storm to begin with med patients growing n selling weed illegally using med license as free rain
Truth is instead of you being in control the gov is
one thing is growing weed for yourself other is growing it for the black market which everyone tends to get rid of there weed face it were human ....
this is what its all about mandatory jail times huge fines will be in place you wanna grow weed fine on your property fine out of sight and or not to causea public disturbance ( SMELL ) smoke it on ur prop fine but get caught with a pound or a oz out side ur prop your going to jail unless ur a med patient but then again smoking bylaws are in effect

Smoking bylaws only apply to Tobbaco use. Mmj isn't covered.

I posted what you were referring to but you were inaccurate.

You mentioned taxes. He wouldn't add it to his platform because they didn't know the potential tax revenue that would be generated.

You said no guarantee it would happen in his four years, but he didn't say that.

I highlighted the Colorado connection to reinforce my good friend @Gmack420 's statement about the model he has been quoted as saying JT stated they would adopt.
he won't count on the tax revenue because they have no idea how legalization will work or look like. when he said he's not sure when they would legalize because they have to look at it. reading that and knowing politicians, that means "they'll get to it later"
they still don't talk about it for med patients. that's what I am interested in. if we are only allowed to grow 6 plants like in Colorado, that will not help me with my needs. my current lic is for 69 plants as I use 14g a day. what will that look like for patients? that's my question-if they legalize it and i need more than 6, what does that look like? it'd be great if they did legalize it-how many plant can I bgrow for my prescription? JT or TM have not said anything regarding medical use.
Legal VS medical are very different

I know what you're saying. They are very different.

TM says decrim
JT says legalize

Harper fucked med users all together.

We need to keep in mind, all of the leaders are being vague and not giving full detail about any promises they make. They just make the promise an explain the pledge but don't give explicit detail and they won't.

Legal is far better than decrim and both are better than what Harpco has done to the med system.

We'll have to wait and see.

i agree...all we can do is wait and see. i really hope if JT gets in, he'll legalize within his first year. it'd be nice if they legalized it and then worked on rec. let's get the patients what they need first and then create the taxes and regulations...if that can even work

Would work for me.
Any progress is great, but most certainly the med side should be sorted out in ways that work for patients first and foremost.

I don't understand why people think the Liberal's 'legalization' will be good. It's just going to be MMPR on steroids, with even higher taxes than now, even stricter access, none or incredibly limited personal grows. Justin was on Vice the other day and basically said all dispensaries are gang members and they should be shut down. He's a snake in sheep's clothing. Wake the fuck up.

Anything that is decrim or better yet legal is better than the current state. Manditory mins for 6 plants for example.

How much more strict could access possibly be than it is now?

As a rec user id be more than happy to pay taxes on it, stay out of jail for using or possessing pot and knowing there would be far more available in a legal market.

Stop making so much sense.
stop it you two

saying ITS GOING TO BE ONE WAY is far from the truth.

even JT said he knows nothing about regulating.
It started with the sick in mind.
Hopefully that gets dealt with first and foremost...courts to be used with those decisions as well if need be.....

LEGAL IS LEGAL
DON"T LET THE BLUE IDIOT DIVIDE YOU ALL!!!!
its a START...

WHERE do you get off saying that its a bad thing??? really??? Think about what yer saying

I realize the guy is not one most would vote for....but LEGAL is LEGAL and decrim is nothing!!!

once its legal....fight to fix it the way you'd like...but at least START with legalization...
Its going to take years to get it ironed out.
and of course the friggin LP's are in like the dirty shirt they be...nothing can be done about that if the sick want what they deserve sadly..

DONT LET THE BLUE IDIOT DIVIDE US ALL

I actually agree with gb, he's right.

As far as gmack, still talking out of your ass. I've heard more intelligent things come from a fart. You are a real piece of work. My biggest reason not to vote NDP is if your the type of person that they attract, I want nothing to do with them.

Itsme.
