Look this supply and demand shit is just that shit. Go on leafly or weed maps and look at the reality of legal weed prices in Colorado that it wants to use as Canada template for legalization. Fuck that noise.
Where do you live? You live in Canada right?
We don't even have close to the same med system as the US so basing ours on theirs is completely out of touch. Our system has protections built in to combat high med prices.

The other large part of the puzzle that you're missing is this legalization is at the fed level, not a gray area local legislation where the fed can come and bust you like the states.

The risk also keeps the price high in the US.

Our systems are and will be completely different.
Maybe leafy has smarter people Gmack?

Im curious why you say wrong for legalization resulting in easier production. They tax alcohol but that doesn't stop my dad from producing liters and liters of his home grown fruit that he ferments into some weird liquor that he likes.
Where and when did JT say his version of legalization includes production your own?

If your dad was to get caught selling his liquor, they would fine him because he didnt buy the permission to sell it.

So you don't even read/listen what JT says? I'm well aware of the difference between canda and the us. No risk for legal producers in the 4 states weed is legal in of the dea swooping in and arresting them. Obama has said its up to the state to decide and federal agency's will respect states that pass laws legalizing it's use for medical and recreational use.

Obviously I do read and with a far greater comprehension than someone who can't wrap their head around the term legal.

Just because POTUS said they would respect the individual states doesn't mean they are, doesn't mean no ones being raided, and most certainly doesn't give producers the security they'd have in a federally legal market.

You're just arguing to try to be right or read your own posts. Regardless, you're completely wrong and wanted to be an asshole because you made yourself look foolish or whatever other reason you may have.

Good day sir, try again soon mmkay?

What protections would that be? Other than salary caps for Doctors and Nurses? last time I checked big pharma can charge what ever they like for their medication.

Ok so where are the dea raids on weed shops/legal grows in those 4 states? I don't want to be an asshole I just am. But it makes no difference I'm still correct. And I'd rather be a correct asshole then a dumb fuck who wants "legalization" without understanding what that exactly entails.

Yea he doesn't sell it, its all for personal consumption. Im sure they'd nail him for taxes if he sold it but thats why I asked. I'm relatively ignorant to what most of the candidates are saying about MJ other than Harper who is on a "vote for me because MJ is more harmful than tobacco" rant he's been on for the past few months. Right now I think it's a lot of empty promises on the left side with some craziness on the right.

He never said that.

Oh? Missed this?

Hey dingalings, it'll be LP weed. You guys are nuts thinking Justin's the answer:

"We will create new, stronger laws to punish more severely those who provide it to minors, those who operate a motor vehicle while under its influence, and those who sell it outside of the new regulatory framework."

How is making the laws tougher for those who don't play his game better for anyone but him and his friends at tweed?
