World Of Hempy

You water (feed) when the container is dry. With 2L it will probably start out at every 3rd day or so once they get going you will have to water everyday. Maybe SkyRocket or ISK could chime in on frequency since they have more experience with the 2L.
I'm a lazy grower but. I Like to feed my hempy's every 3-5 days but I tend to feed near the 4th and 5th day. The reason why because majority of my clones are well rooted so when I plant them in the 2l bottles some of the roots are sitting in the resovoir (below the holes). I never have started a grow out from a hempy. I've notice people who have done this method tend to feed every day or every Other day til the roots hit the resovoir. All of my my seeds start try from rapid rooters then to my areoponic cloner/veg then to my choices mediums vermiculite/perlite 2l hempy bottles, coco, or aeroponics/nft.

But back to feeding, I basically feed when my 2l bottles get light but if you wait to long your plants will start to droop telling you to feed me. One thing with hempy you can't over feed them. 1st pic are some 2l hempys thats on them outter side of my light because I'm growing some blue dream. 2nd pic are rooted clones in my cloner. Those were not ready for maybe another week or so. The last 3 pics are seedlings starting in rapid rooters and some baby root porn. Oh and those are sin mint cookies.

And you fed them nutes every time you watered?
I run house of garden nutes and I was curious to feed every time until i called tech support . H&g rep told me to feed ever time(not sure if he was saying that so I could use more nutes and additives ..lol). But I've known a guy who had great results who ran feed-feed-water.

Thought I should add a pic of my recirculating hempy style setup. Based on Flowamastas method. It is basically a 10L pot inside another 10L pot. The outside pot drains back to the res. I used 100% perlite for the medium in a grow bag to keep it all in the pot. I now grow in straight hempy buckets with perlite and coco and hand water. A pic of that as well :)
Anyway, here's an old (fairly shitty sorry) pic and a pic of what I grew in it. Feel free to delete this post if its not hempy related enough!

I would say not nearly enough light. That one small cfl would be ok for vegging seedlings or
clones.
I'm not using reg cfl bulbs there called sun blaster bulbs they have 6700k per bulb which is more then a regular and I just switched to the blaster bulbs but I will add a couple more and see if that helps out thanks man and that makes sense since it seems like it's stretching towards the bulb thanks of the advice man!:bigjoint:

No problem. If you google DIY CFL light reflector, there is a bunch of good ideas
that could help you out. This site has some great advice in the cfl section also.

Edit: BTW 6700K is the spectrum of the light. Lumens is the closest measurement
to light power in cfl ratings. 6700K means it is a "white" light similar to a metal halide.
2700K would be the spectrum simulating HPS or "flowering" light.

well that's good to know that it's not caused by a nute problem..I built a reflector today out of sheet metal and took my aerogarden apart for the light system any thoughts and yes it's ghetto but I use what I have....
Hey that looks like it already helped out with light coverage. Nice job.

Nice reflector, here is one I did for my CFL grows. I now use it along with my T5's for vegging.

Update: MNS Black Widow

Week 9, 63 days of 12/12

Nutes have been cut off to both plants, now pH'ed water only using GH CaliMagic which is a 1-0-0 @ 3ml and one tsp of Epsom per gallon. I am out of rain water but expecting heavy rains starting tonight, that should fill my 300 gallons of containers.
As I stated prior, I will harvest BW1 on 4/20 but I am going to let BW5 go for another week or so. BW1 has plumped up nicely and lovely trichs, according to MSN this is the week the really put it on. BW5 is airy but beginning to thicken. They are both lovely plants, less my pH fuck up. Cola are all around 16" +/- and the fragrance is getting very nice.

In one of my last post, I stated I have been using two 18" T8 uvb's on BW1 for about the past 8 + days and will use it through harvest. Keeping it about 15 to 18 inches above the plant. BW5 has been getting some of that light but will be put under it after I harvest BW1. This is just complementary to the 400W HPS in the cabinet.
