Should i run my 600Hps e ballast at less than 100pct if my plants are in transition/stretch? When do you dim your ballast?

My auto jocks are great and after lst 2 plants have maybe 40 bud sites. Did o just get lucky on the long veg...thus bigger plant. All four of them have vegged this long. I am using flora nova bloom and floralicious. I have h and g aqua flakes that i used successfully in dwc, can i use h and g aqua flakes in my soiless coco coir? Would i have to raise the ph?

I have 4 jock, 6oo hps. Sun sys 2 6 inch with 400 inline fan. They havent autoed yet which is great because they are big. Growing in co co.
