i am a noob to this like many, just got legal due to health and cant wait to yield my own meds, i've started my seedlings under a few 26w/100w cfls and they are on they're 3rd set of tru leaves breaking out payday today so i am on my way soon to get a veg room light from the grow stores, i'll have a differant light for flower later but for about ten p[lants in veg room whats a good light besides cfls? do i want a metal halide off craigslist? need to re-pot these ladies and introduce them to some luvin light?

I love my Ceramic Metal Halide. 400W is the biggest they make. They use a non-digital HPS Ballast. They can be used for both flowering and vegging. RiddleMe turned me on to them. Any of his threads are gold to learn from. My veg table has half inch node spacing from mine. Much closer than the MH. Hope that helps.

i have 5 fem auto ak47 from lowlife they are 25days old 2day and none have shown sex there under a 400watt hps and a 20/4 light cycle most autos i see on here start to show sex at 16-20 days or is this normal this is my first time dealing with autos and im just abit warey if any one can help thanks​

can anybody tell me if its any good to water from the bottom of your plant. should i even bother with it or what? also how to super crop i want a bushy ass plant!!! do i just top the shit out it or what?... and lasty i have been making a tea with bat guano for a veg nut and getting alot of burn. any suggestions? i wanna switch up cuz i know my plants could grow alot healthyer and faster

I use Fox Farms Ocean Forest and believe that it is pH neutral. I adjust the pH of the nutrients that go in. Do I need to adjust the soil's as well?

Just got one quick question that no one can really anwser yield? ill break it down real quick strain afghani i was told, 3 gallon pots two of them, 400 hps two plants soil 9 weeks veg ,2nd week in flower right now plants 23 inches tall or so using fox farm open sesame beastie bloomz and cha-ching was just tryin to see if anyone has had somethimg similar or a experienced grower will know what to expect for the most part thanks alot

How long have you been growing? 2 plants under a 400wat hmm if i'd say between 2-5 ozs. maybe more if you're experienced

ok i got no answer ne were else.... so i got a jamaican skunk clone it iwas rooted in to a party cup so i put it into a 5 gal. bucket of soil and peilite. how long sjould i wait to feed it. i have 15-30-15 water saluable ferts. i wait three weeks for seedlings, but i hav enever grown a clone

Once a clone is rooted just treat it as any other Cannabis plant. Bad fert NPK. too high in P. Feed when looking like it needs it.

I recently transplanted some clones into 2 gallon pots filled with the Roots Organics soilless grow media.How many times a day should i water and how much water for each feeding is optimal?

No, different strains carry different leaf formations.

I have a Kaya Gold growing right now with mostly 3 fingered leaves around the base

and the rest are just a one finger leaf around the top colas.

Should do just fine for ya.

Just have a quick question to anyone that may know. The buds on my plant (link to pics are here https://www.rollitup.org/newbie-central/360455-latest-pics-i-know-they.html) have not grown much since i took the pics which was about 5 days ago. Is all ok with them. I looked at them under a 60x pocket microscope and some pistils (about 1% if that) of the total plant so far are turn reddish brown. Will the buds get any bigger or am i basically screwed? I have heard that the buds start getting much bigger in the last 2 weeks before harvest. Is this also true? Just asking as i thought i would be harvesting soon. Thanks all for looking​

Quick question...if you're using natural light(window) and the light cycle goes past 12/12 during flowering, what happens? Seeds?

Ouch..two quick questions. If you have a small, immature plant what will it do when the light cycle changes during fall/winter to 12/12 and then less and less light; will it keep growing through the winter with limited light?

hey well my plants starting to shrivel up it only 2 weeks ilive in arizona i put it outside every day i water it to i use miracle grow moisture control nd now my plantz dieing could it be bkuzz of over watering herez a pic l_cbd1af60a02a4fbd9c6cc99d0f50495e.jpg

I have 3 clones that have been growing under t5s and a couple 26w cfls for a month. Recently since weather has been good and hot I've been bringing all 3 clones outside on my patio every morning and let them sit under direct sunlight until the sun goes down and then bring them back under the t5s at night. I'm keeping them under 24/0 light schedule for the entire month I've had them. Is this beneficial to me or is it causing plant shock?
