if you decide to setup the spike strip put the strip somewhere hidden with a rope u can pull it to the middle of the street right as the asshole comes by.

ya i have it pland that i run the rope around my mail box on the other side of the road and the spike strip in my drive way so when i pull the rope it looks like some one from across the road is the one who did it... LOL

Go to the local thrift shop or pawn shop and for out $10 for a nice big clunky bicycle. Then WALK your bike down your driveway around the time the guy usually passes by. Just before he gets to you, accidental lose control of the bike and let it roll under his car. Maybe you can snag a muffler. There are speed limits in residential zones for just these kinds of reasons. " OOPS , well damn if you had been going slower you could have stoped, you still owe me 200 for a new bike"
