Go to the local thrift shop or pawn shop and for out $10 for a nice big clunky bicycle. Then WALK your bike down your driveway around the time the guy usually passes by. Just before he gets to you, accidental lose control of the bike and let it roll under his car. Maybe you can snag a muffler.
