What is this in my Res?

First time dwc, two plants each in 5 gallon buckets. I check ph and ppm by draining each of their res into a cup and measuring the sample. I have noticed these floater things that are transparent in only one of the buckets and was wondering if it is something potentially harmful? I believe all nutes I am using are chemicals and non organics(GH-no bennies). I cleaned out the bucket, hose, and air-stone well with hydrogen peroxide, and then some rubbing alcohol; changed the nutrients earlier today and I see it back in the same bucket.
Its been 1 week since transplanting rooted clones into dwc. Root growth in this bucket is not as strong as the other.

The bucket is light tight.
Res is well aerated
Hydrocorn medium
Clone rooted in rockwool
PPMs: 480
PH:5.6-6.4
Res temps:68-71
Humidity:35-40%
T-5: 24/0
room temps:68-72
RO water:10 ppm
GH-FLora Nova Grow, Floralicious plus, Cali magic, Rapid start
(all around half suggested strength, raised from 1/4 strength transplant week)

Plant has not been drinking or eating much...but starting to see roots ready to come out of the bottom of net pot.

Anyone recognize this? Something shock related? Algea? Fungus? living? non-living?

Any educated guesses welcome...(i know its hard to see the pic..sorry)

Thanks!

Might be a long shot but I used some rockwool recently that left all kinds of free floating fibers in my water that collected at the bottom like that. It was like it shed or something. No slime or smell to it and I never noticed it after my first bucket change. With luck, maybe just a cheap rockwool cube is the culprit. If not, its time to do what Buccees mentioned and get those beneficial microbes going!

Thanks for the replies. I found a pic of this cyanobacteria in someone else's res and it looked identical. Got the tea brewing now...anyone know if is it okay to use these GH nutrients with Bene? don't want to kill them.

I'm pretty sure it is recommended that you use plain water in the res for the first dose of tea, but I never have. I use the tea as a preventative measure and always have nutes in the water. Just make sure you don't have any chlorine or h202 in the water before you add the tea. Good luck friend.

Floranova has organics in it and is known to fuck shit up in dwc.... u need regular 2 part flora or dynagro and should always have bennies in the res altho I don't bubble tea personally

Also Florilicious is dark and mucky. I wouldn't use it in a DWC bucket ever.

Once u get the issue cleared up, look at using a mychorriza (great white, mykos) supplement with some aquashield.

Thanks for all the input! I am switching to dutch masters gold so there are no organics used. Hopefully this tea will swing my plants back into action once cleaned and inoculated.
