5 X 5 Gorilla Grow tent, HLG Scorpion Diablo (650 true Watts), 6 plants drain to waste
Clone: Carver Family Farms Dancing Hands grown in a 5" pot of Living Soil.
Grow Medium: Coco/Perlite, 75/25
Nutrients: GH Florida Trio, KoolBloom liquid and dry, Cal mag/Magnesium, pH range float from 5.8 to 6.2

Ok, so I made the decision to just grow out the Dancing Hands in the 5" living soil pot and take clones from that plant to start the 6 needed plants in coco/Perlite solo cups. Had considered washing the roots and transplanting from the living soil to the Coco but do not want to take the chance of losing it. Will transplant into 2 gallon Smart Pots with the Coco/Perlite.
We will grow them out to 1.5 to 2 feet (7 to 10 nodes) prior to flipping to flower. Would like to be finished with the fall 25' grow by mid November and have 6 plants ready to go into the tent as soon as this grow is harvested.
Here is Dancing Hands (30+ %THC potential).

Is this what clones are supposed to look like??? The ones I've gotten shipped are usually sad, hungry, and in need of extended rehab before I can do anything with em. Carver's sht is healthy and green.

Got four of the five clones to take, just got back from my trip. Will take more clones today.PXL_20250524_145451391.jpgPXL_20250524_145500778.jpg

Took 6 clones yesterday and soaked them in solution overnight and planted them today.
All clones and the Mama.PXL_20250524_153258517.jpg

The four clones at the corners were taken 8 days ago and are rooting. The 6 plants in the center were taken today.

If all comes to fruit I should have them in 2 gallon Smart pots in a few weeks to begin veg. Would like to be able to start flower by the end of June.

Hope to begin flower by July 1st. Just need the two newest clones to take off.

Put the clones in their final pots today.
Started the clones off the mother from Carver Farms in Albuquerque in early May, 4 took off right away but the others I have taken since have been very slow.
The mother, will take a number of clones from her over the next few months for the spring grow. Unsure of the quality of this mother, they say it's 28+%.

The clones as the are today. First three!

You can see the first four and how far behind the last two are.

Will be hand watering for a few days then hook up the irrigation system.
Have the light at 20" and running at 60%.

The ladies today.
The two smaller ones in the top picture were both topped today.

The larger one in the top picture and the three in the lower pic are about three weeks ahead of the two smaller ones.

Have the mother and she is ready to give up about 6 clones.

Will take a few clones from the four bigger plants in the tent in a few days.
All plants are in a good grow mode at present and we will be upping the nutrient rates and frequency soon.

Well best laid plans!
A suggestion, never start a project if your not totally aware.
On the 24 of June I started the process of having full mouth implants. The stress and pain was unbelievable and the pain meds put me in la la land.
So on July 4th I started flower, so I thought, but was not to be. I set up the light timer, on 9am to 9 pm, switch over my nutes. Then I got the claws, too much N so have been hand watering to try to correct the issue.
This morning I went to the shop early to get my solution ready. I noticed the light was in in the tent and it was not 9am. After checking the timer I never switched to Auto so my lights have been running 24/7 since I thought I started flower. Was wondering why I was seeing no stretching.
Well I reset everything, setup the irrigation system and hopefully back on schedule.
Am off the pain meds so my head is a little straighter and think I am back on track.
We shall see and hope for the best.
Don't do this if you are on meds, not good.

Well, everything setup up and this morning the lights were still on, checking timer now

Clawing has eased, few pics from today.

Getting the ladies below ready for the spring grow. Want to get 6 healthy one so I will grow these out and possibly take clones from then if the these start getting to big. Only have 2.5' x 3' space to get them ready for the tent.

A few pics from the past 10 days or so.
The clawing has eased, I began flushing them over a two day period, flushed with 21 gallons of RO water that had 1 gram Epsom and 2.5 ml Cal/Mag per gallon then pH'ed. Every water period for seven periods I hand watered with 3 gallons at a time.

I believe the clawing caused some root damage but I am seeing new roots growing through the fabric pots.
The yellowing of the new growth is showing signs of darkening and am beginning to see pistil growth.
Now as I mentioned I had surgery and was not on my A game, on July 4th I setup to begin flowering, 9 AM lights on and 9 PM lights off.
It was not long after that we saw the clawing starting. Day before yesterday I went to the shop early, around 8:30 AM and the lights were on. I checked the timer and I never set the timer to Auto, so I had been still running the lights 24/7. Was wondering why I was not getting any stretch, now I know.
Well I set the tent up for flower and checked it last night @ 9 PM and the lights turned off and this morning they turned back on at 9 AM so I think we're good.
My wife said she could see how I fucked up, she said I was in La La land for weeks after the surgery.
It is what it is, hopefully all I lost was the 12 days of flower and will just have to harvest a few weeks late.

I like the way the buds are beginning to thicken and extend. Pistils, which I think we're damaged from the over feeding, which caused the Claw effect, are showing again.
So with all my fuck ups I am on day 3 of 12/12.

Had around 6 + gallons left in the rez, so pH'ed checked EC and did a flush. Ran three 3 minute runs and then the final run was around 5 minutes. Washed the rez good with Clorox and did a double rinse.
Fill the rex with 21 gallons of RO water, pH'ed to 5.9 and ran a three minute run to good runoff.

The plants have recovered from the Claw and the the yellowing.
Day 4 of 12/12.
