thats seems to be everyones experience when they mix in worm castings ,..maybe it's a little much .
thats probably it. I got the castings from my friend and he uses regluar soil. He said he added glacier dust and from what i undertsand thats just like nutes. I still start my seedlings in miracle grow. Maybe next time i restart ill try MG soil on one plant again with absolutely nothing added.

it's the beginning of the 4th week of veg for my white russian...she's lookin pretty good...she's almost 9 in" tall...i plan on flowering once she reaches 12"...i'm thinking it's going to be around thursday or friday...i have a question though...i'm using MG Continuous release
she looks pretty good but why do you have a stick holding it up? if it cant hold itself up how is it going to stay up when it flowers? should have a fan blowing on it to imitate the wind so te stalk thickens up.

and when you apply ferts...its a certain amount you're suppose to mix in the soil...you can't go half and half as if you're mixing perlite and soil together.... to much of it isn't good

Hey, im about 1 week into flowering using MG and had a few questions.

1st, i read alot of people add molasses during flowering to increase bud size. do you recommend this with MG or are there enough nuts in there already?

2nd, i was looking to flush my babies out before harvest so that no nuts remain in the plant when it comes time to smoke. using MG, will one good flush get most of the nuts out or would MG require more than one flush? also, how would i go about flushing the plant?

tagged a pic of each of my babies (hopefully fems) below. and yes i know they are stemmy, and no, im not LSTing all of them lol

i don't use molasses, so i'm not sure... when you say you want to flush... is it because you want the chemicals out before you harvest... because i saw a method on here where they use water to cure the plants, so it gets most of the chemicals out...

i personally, don't flush... i spray water onto the soil twice a day, everyday... so i can't help you with this... can someone help please

I don't flush either. If you are using nutes at the end, then last 2 weeks, just use plain water.

I use the molasses all throughout flowering right up to harvest. (I also use Epsom salt in flowering. My strain seems to crave mag in flowering.)

Doing a typical flush, where you use 3x the pot size in water, isn't going to do much with the prills in MG They don't dissolve that way. Ask Mr. Fish, he inquired with MG.

do you mix your epsom salt into the soil or dissolve it into the water...
