Living in NYC and growing will be a challenge, and I commend you for it.
As far as Trump hate goes, yup, a lot of people can't stand his guts, which shows in his popularity polls.
And also, fuck respect for the office, he doesn't respect anyone, not even his wife, so I at this point have no respect at all for that office, or it's inhabitant.
I think instead people that do not like him should put all there energy into changing one law that would stop his potential second term

I think they should change the law to no man or woman can run for president after the age of 72

Everyone over 72 should just go smoke weed and chill

The key word is manage. There wasn't a crisis at the border until Trump made one.

Yes, the dirty tricksters always come up with something to occupy the pea-brains.

He loves the uneducated! They're the ones who will believe anything ...

"you can do whatever you want, you can grab them by the pussy!"

What's really pathetic is that trump chumps will never understand.

We are just going to vote him out. Everyone under 72 would benefit too.

Keys to dems beating Trump in 2020:
1) Run a clean primary, or at least keep the corruption hidden from WikiLeaks
2) Do not run on reparations
3) Do not run on Green New Deal

Do those 3 simple things and victory is guaranteed!

Why would we listen to the bad faith suggestions of a bitter white supremacist like you?

I heard Rush Limbaugh giving advice to Democrats too.

You lie just like he does. At least Rush writes his own propaganda.
Yer on to me, just reverse everything I recommended. Another round of corruption in your primary, reparations and GND. Report back on results.

You memorize and cite propaganda well. Do you do circus tricks too? Maybe stand on a box, slap your hands together and toot on a horn? They'll give you a fish treat for that.

Oh, sorry, I was making fun of your seal like body again. My bad.

If we are going to release immigrants into our country due to overcrowded detention centers, what better place to send them than a sanctuary city that is welcoming?
intent counts...not only what you do, but why you do it....
was trump going to release all those people onto the streets of those cities because he knew those cities had facilities to deal with them? because he thought it would be the best place for them to go to await their trials? because they would feel at home in cities that had opened their arms to other immigrants and refugees?
or did trump want to release all those people into those cities to put an enormous strain on their already over used facilities?
was he trying to help anyone? or was he trying to "teach them a lesson" for not doing what trump wants them to do?
for openly defying his racist hateful wishes? i'm not a fan of illegal immigration, but these people ar mostly following the rules, they come here, and do what they're required to do at the border, then they await their trials...that's what the law requires them, AND trump...to do...so they are not illegal immigrants, they are people in legal limbo waiting to find out their futures...and i'm sure trump playing with their lives like game tokens makes them all so very eager to keep following the law...which apparently means less to our own president than it does to immigrants trying to find a better life....

and before you start with the shit about "they never show up for those trials"....

not all, but the large majority do...because they want to be Americans...in spite of trump...

The immigrants looking for a better life don't bother me. I like to see them succeed in their efforts. If any of us walked thousands of miles to get here and we're at the border and get denied entry, can you imagine that, how that would feel to be that person who struggled just to get here then get turned away. Me, I'm jumping the fence. Not going to walk back to nothing when I can still have a better life in the US and am already at the border. It doesn't make sense to me why any would just go back when I know I wouldnt

For those who are afraid that all illegals are rapists, murderers and violent criminals that are going to come here and take their jobs, what is it exactly that you do for a living anyway?

people read adventure stories...adventures aren't something you actually want to be a part of...real adventures aren't fun.
you sleep cold, eat what you can find, shit in the bushes, wash your clothes out when you get a chance, wash your ass the same...hope the people you're passing by don't set the dogs on you to hurry you along, hope some of them don't decide to take out some of their frustrations on you, a stranger alone on the road...then, when you finally get to OZ....the Wizard (grand imperial) has ordered the gates closed, and the only way you can get in is to either gamble on his capricious whim, or climb the fence...i mean...it is an adventure, after all...so you climb the fence...
then you find out that Oz has Emerald streets...and blacktop alleys full of trash, and evil people...and you're supposed to stay off of the streets....

when i'm playing a game, and someone is playing a female character, i assume that it's a guy playing that female character...
when i'm listening to a politician, i assume they're lying...either by commission or omission...every word they say may be true, but sometimes it's what they don't say that makes it a lie.
i don't figure that the democrats are telling me the truth any more than the republicans...they all have agendas, and very few of those agendas have a damn thing to do with making the country a better place.
so, i'm going to look at each individual major candidate that i think has a chance, at their platforms, at their positions on some key issues to me, at their voting records, and try to make my decisions based on that. if the one that makes the most sense to me is the leader of the Bull Goose Loony society...then i'm a fucking bull goose loony.

I heard once a guy describe honesty as the "absence of deception"
