Fuck Miracle Gro, not because it's the worst soil, but because i DON'T SUPPORT MONSANTO WITH A SINGLE DOLLAR OF MINE, EVER!!!!

Man I lace my joints w MG n then snort lines of it....saying that ur bud will taste like MG if u use it is quite possibly the stupidest thing I've ever heard in my entire life....if that's the case I'm melting chocolate down and feeding it to my plants so they'll taste like chocalate....wow....

I grew, using MG MC Soil and the taste of the finished product was amazing. Like I stated, I have very close friends who grow for the Medical MMJ Dispenseries and others who need a Medical grade product. They tested mine and were surprised at the taste and affect.

I also have used several strains of Medical grade MMJ from the Dispenseries and directly from the growers, and the quality of mine was as good, or better. In fact, mine was better because of my intricate and patient curing process. It's been almost a year and I have left over product from my last grow, and it's still moist and burns slow and even.

It's also for people that live in temperate climates where once the winter begins, the "regular" soils go by the way side, packed up for next year. I myself am not a "newbie" but am forced to use MG at the moment and can say without a doubt, my plants are loving it. Granted they're still under 2 inches tall but growing good and healthily. Nothing, and i mean nothing is on the shelves right now BUT MG, I've been everywhere, even home depot. Nearest city is over 2 hours away and im not driving that far only for soil, but seeing how this city is I highly doubt they'll have anything different on their shelves.

I can only comment on the 6 month feeding.. I would try the lower feeding or non feeding MG, as the major problem I have had to worry about is nute balls exploding like the bombing of Nurnberg! Though I did contract fungus gnats from the soil!!!

That's where i'm stuck at. lol.
As long as you watch the plants you can always feed with low dose nutes. But not for at least a month. Have had to do that through out a grow. I've never burned a plant from over feeding nutes while in soil regular or MG. Just gotta "listen" to what they want and supply it a little at a time. :)

I've got 2 plants almost finished in the MG moisture control right now, 4' tall, outside plants since mid June, and no soil related problems till now, and only 1 caterpiller in one pot.
