Where'd ya buy Spud and where in the spectrum is it? A small rig like that is exactly what I'm after if dual spectrum.
Diyleduk perhaps?

i bought the strips and driver from Digikey.ie and the aluminium angle from local hardware. Digikey wont have the 3500k strips back in stock untill April.

you could buy from Diyleduk but they use the Samsung strips instead of the Bridgelux strips. both good makes the samsung is suppose to be pretty good aswell but for the money the Bridgelux seems worth it.

Sick loved ones doing great on the oil but a two plant set up with that light on dual spec in an 80cm tent would be feckin great.

no worries man. FYI my light is completely DIY. you need to build the frame and mount the Strips and connect them up yourself. this is why this route is so cheap.

also i would pre purchase the strips as they are in high demand at the moment and prices could rise.

I get ya. The building of an ally frame/heatsink i can do, and if the electronics end if its basic enough soldering and wiring then likewise.
When I'm paid i will make contact with him for pre purchading the strips.

While I'm on here i will ask if anyone else is making oil? I'm looking for recommendations on any strains or particular hybrids for chronic pain?
That cbd white widow from dutch passion is good (supposedly 9% thc/cbd so a rare enough high% 1:1 ratio).
My only worry is two out the five i grew hermied badly so got the chop and i dont think it was grower error. Anyon know of a stable high% 1:1 on the market?

Yeah I'm guessing that would be a lovely tidy set up with an 80 x 80 tent and two autos in say a 20L pot?
The 600w hps gave excellent results in my 1.2m square tent but was too big in the house and halving the eleccy bill would be nice

I could bust out the welder and a few cheapo bottle jacks alright and build something but would have to thonk about how to heat the pressing elements...

The lower the temp the clearer the rosin, nearly like shatter but less yield at lower temp.
I hate the sticky mess however flavor makes up for it.
Different high more a daytime thing.

Interesting, did you diy or buy a press Buds?
Is it a wasteful extraction process or 5os the pressed bud any use?

2 weeks past pull down and these bas****s are still going, hybrids huh...

so whats the story with all, @90`s thats a nice haul, smoke report or too soon? havent followed the thread as of late.. at buds whats the story me ould mucker... whats in the room these days? or you stockpiled so much you shut down... hahahaha you shutdown i know .. but hey i had to ask!!!

spud thats a lovely neat looking bitta kit, i like neat ... for so long i done with, cobbled together, and makeshift stuff.. got the job done but in the realms of time it takes to get these things from seeds to jars you wanna make the best go you can and every gram of dry weight counts...

on my side i have a girl scout cookie just done and 2 critical 2.0 a few days behind, 12/12 from seed .. got a bit cold at times and i missed alot of waterings and the odd feed, in at most 8 litre pots ... no training nothing... and these things are just going and going ....

anxious to chop as i need to re jig the room a bit, air tightness tape wasnt finished, have to hang a fan rail and few other bits and bobs, estimated weight on the gsc would be 35/40g dry and the 2 critical have at least the same.... estimated....

Frankentwin 1 is kinda musky to be honest, reminds me of some bush weed I smoked years ago. But its a nice light high, good for a daytime smoke.
Frankentwin 2 is a bit smoother and definitely fruitier, more of a "what I come in here for?" Giggly stone, which I quite like haha.
And the tangerine dream is getting tested this eve. So far so good, great aromas and taste. Subtle sweet citrus until you crack into a bud then BOOM a massive waft of pure tangerine! Like yave just peeled the ripest tangerine ever right under your nose. The smoke is pretty smooth (needs more of a cure), but the citrusy tangerine flavour is coming through, with a slightly spicey after taste, almost like cinnamon or nutmeg. Wouldnt boast on its yield, tho to be fair its not advertised as a high yielder. The flavour and aroma are definitely unique! Id highly recommend givin it a go!

How ya finding the girl scout cookies? Saw a guy on youtube "mr canucks grow" he grew it and found a beautiful pheno, some amazing colours and resin production.

canuck hahahaha havent watched one of his vids for ages, master grower tho, love the descriptions buddy, hard to let them cure to get a true taste, i`m always eager to get high once there cured enough to go through a grinder..

so i most always ruin the real experience of the proper cure, my own folly tho, i never get perpetual right so i run out before the next is ready and so on or shut down so no weed, and don`t knock the bush weed.... anyone remember the african flat pack shit rocking round the 00`s...

haven`t even opened the door of the room tonight, gave them a water last night and i`d say its there last... check in on them prob tomorrow evening or sunday morning, after that its prob chop time, regardless i need the room so there time is almost up..

thinking of vegging a monster... impressed with the critical, such a beautiful plant, and the 2 i have here are yeilding brilliantly, also allow for a clone army to be floweered off mid monster veg..

Dya mean monstercrop em? Thats what I did with the frankentwins, I burnt em half way through flower but they had serious potential up until then lol

just take everything thats cloneable and once they root and get a 2 week veg then flower them off while the mother is still vegging into a frame,..topped aswell, also it will be a vertical scrog... trellees type deal once installed...

forgive me if im wrong but monster cropping is topping multiple times and removing lower growth...?
