Update today .things took a turn for the worse and I'm getting some sort of deficiency showing on a few leaves.overall plant still looks good but I hope it doesn't spread
I did let the pot get too dry and I perhaps haven't been feeding her enough.
So I am going to up the feeds to every watering.
I'm also of the belief that HP's light is just shitty unnatural light. I mean, at what part of the year is day light orange? ..so from now on I'm growing start to finish with metal halide. Went and got a bulb today and it runs with my Digi ballast.
Also supercropped a top just now it was way ahead of all the others.

Update day 22 flower. Been to hell and back with this bitch over the last week
.first she began getting necrotic spots on some leaves and I asked in the plant problem section. Calcium and phosphorus deficiency. I began phing my water and giving calmag and p boost every watering and she is loving life again.
Problem 2. Insane stretch. She would have grown right into my light at max height about 4 days ago so I've been super cropping her. This went very wrong and I lost a top, a few bud sites and almost lost another top. I'm now lsting instead which is working better. Live and learn.
All that aside, she is beautiful snd an absolute beast which should still yeild well.
Oh, I've been alternating her between HPs and metal halide ..1 day of HP's, then 1 day of metal halide. She seems to like it

What a monster of a plant. Bearing in mind it was topped ,flipped quite early at 3 weeks veg and has been extensively super cropped and tied down..its still coming close to outgrowing my closet. I reckon this would have been about 7 feet tall had I just left it.
Notice the branch on the far right.its been super cropped twice and tied down ,it's stem is almost sideways.
She is also a nutrient whore

Well unfortunately there won't be one. I've culled her. Knew I should have replaced her at the start.
Day 30 of flower most bud sights on the plant look like they are about day 18 , continuously stretching 2 inches every night. No more room to tie her down even. Deficiencies all over her. Looks like I have got some really fluff pheno top heavy on the haze side of things. Might have been good smoke..stress the word might. But I certainly don't have the time or patience to flower a plant for 12 plus weeks or even the skill to keep such a finiky plant alive that long. So it's a gamble I didn't wanna take.
My last afghan.kush Ryder also grew wayyy stretchy and swaggy looking. I'm considering the possibility it's the nutrients I've been using or maybe the hps bulb or both. Both will be swapped out for my next venture.
Will be growing both freebies I got. Paradise seeds white widow ibl and eleven roses kush by delicious seeds

Bummer! Maybe the stretch is due to the ferts (high N?) and / or lower lumens than needed.

I've grown a whole bunch of great plant with the 250 HP's.i don't think it's that. And I've grown c99 a bunch to and never had a plant grow out of control like this. I'm thinking nutrients. Beware plant magic nutrients.
