Try looking at classical depictions of Esmeralda. Some of her ballet costumes are gorgeous and drift from the 'disney' look. I see what you mean, my friend is a tattooist and I used to do a bit of flash art for him. Gypsies are as common (as in a mainstay not like it's bad) as pinup girls.

Nope, sorry Urca but that's princess Jasmine from Alladin A nose piercing does not a gypsy make.

As for now my skin is still virgin and has not received a tattoo . I really want one though, I just lack the inspiration/creativity to think of what to get. Nothing in my life has really seemed that worthy to me of getting it engraved into my skin, I want it to be something meaningful. Any ideas? I still hella want one, and have the cash to do it now!

never ask somebody elses opinion rule one for a tat get something you want take inspiration from others though and creat somthing unique

like mine above its not just a reg rosary its the bead style of a 450 year old one then the beeded facet is from another the hook in the back of the rosary cause it goes all the way around was from a antique irish rosary and the cross is a combo of two crosses and i found all this at home with fam and online took me a few months to finally decide

from a personal life experience or a life changing moment etc its all about self expession that makes a good tattoo

I like writing....i got some on my arms to...all of my tats are black/white/grey i got no color so the writing looks even better IMO.....yurs is pretty kewl to, i didnt think it looked gangster tho, it flows real good

No im not a gypsy, i just think when the tat is done right they look beautiful, and they're supposed to bring you luck

Say as you please, my first impression was Princess Jasmine, because i think it looks like princess Jasmine, from the hair to the sword to the broachy thing to the feathers I could do an "original drawing", it would still be popeye though

I'm not saying ti's good or bad, simply as it appears.

Here's a couple I got for the two loves of my life. My pet name for my wife is peach and my daughter is my little sunshine.

it doesn't really mean anything to me. other then it's cute and i need a lot more practice.

I was thinking of getiing outlaw tatted on the inside of my lower lip or maby upper lip, kind of a stealth tattoo. What do yall think of tattoos inside of the mouth????????

Ditto. I've been wanting to pull the trigger for awhile now, but have yet to find something worthy of a lifetime. My wife's got 3 so I need to catch up. The one thing I've been bouncing around for awhile is Chinese characters but they would need to be profound.
