how do I sound ghetto? just curious
the way you go on about how 54 bux should be spent on important things and not that...that is important, you would nt know this becuase your a kid with no kid. Its to bad your parents didnt teach you how to not become liek them financialy, learning the hard way is no way to teach children anything in most cases.

Im not like my parents finanicially. I feel the way I do because all while growing up, Id see a similar pattern in my father. He would be down and out, poor as hell, we'd have to get food from the food bank, etc.. and then he'd get a new job and bam, we had money so he spent it all. then something would go wrong with his job and we'd be poor again. He'd max out his credit cards, etc... and everytime Id tell him to save his money, and he'd tell me not to worry, his job would be good this time, and bam, now we're poor again. It happens every single time he has money, so now I always try to save money, except on the things i think or worth it.
I have extreme guilt over spending alot of money too. Problably why I dont understand this lesson so well

It sucks that some of us (me included) had to live life that way. But yea we dont have to be a clone of our parents.

HAHAHA your facial expression has to be priceless

i'm just sitting here, giggling.

he had 4 dollars in his wallet already. they went in during matinee hours and stayed for 2 movies. his friends insisted on paying for everything. he only spent 3 dollars of his own money. i am going to be a man of my word and give him 54 dollars. :)

i love my son.
