No longer dealing with Greenpoint seeds

I can answer the question for you.. Seeds are all being tested, but some people are willing to chance untested seeds. So why wouldn't he sell them when they are clearly marked as TESTERs

So what breeder would that be?

When I started growing 4 years ago when I got my medical card after a lifetime of dealing with black market growers I took the advise of jorje from his Grow book.

He suggested contacting breeders we are interested in and see what they say.

I only got a few contacts back surprisingly. Pete at CH9 had the best gallery at the time and spoke honestly. He also specialized in uplifting medical hybrids and I was sick of overbred couchlock strains. I was looking for a jack Herrer or c99 type strain. So I tried him after my standard first greenhouse seeds auto northern lights grow. Lol.

I have had 100’s of Ch9 seeds grown and harvested now and germination is pretty much guaranteed. Only a few older pack seeds failed or grew mutants. The packs were from the late 90’s. And I was aware of the age when I purchased.

And potency and yield has been very consistent even when trying new strains plant to plant.

Flavors and effects are always true to the original breeders in crosses and always very different strain to strain as well.

And the patients all rave about the product. And it helps me with my chronic illness, always tastes great and gets me trippin’ high. Which is the best meter.

Pete has gone into the bulk seed business. I don’t think he is still breeding new stuff. But you can buy some of his best work in bulk far cheaper per seed than any of this retail business we are discussing.

I may buy a few hundred OG Kush x Trainwreck and just grow the few phenos I have seen from seed. I really like those plants.

Here is the last one I grew.

So buy untested seeds if you want. I don’t know what you are defending here.
I'm not defending anything, you asked why he would sell untested seeds. The answer is some people like myself love f1 seeds. It lets me decide what pheno I want to work.
As a example Lem has worked the Chem D x Sd ibl line to f3, but he worked it toward Chem D. I want it worked toward Sd ibl so all his work makes the seeds useless for me. To each their own

I don't really care how it happened. If he gave the testers away and then people wanted to buy them untested then so be it. Clearly it's a tester.

I'm not supporting everytjing greenpoint has done.

I mean if Greenpoint called them testers and a month later they are for sale you know they are testers. Some are willing to pay for it.

I think 1500 pages onnthe subject shows there are and were mistakes made.

There could be some improvement.

I will also say that I have gotten every order I placed in a timely manner and got what I ordered.

I used a debit card with them and would use it again.

Oh by the way..thats a nice looking lady

Thank you. It’s appreciated. I work hard for the perpetual medical garden despite chronic illness.

All my fems are f-1’s. Or s-1’s. But are bred with properly worked original parents and or a stable breeding plant.

If I do poorly and reverse a Ch9 plant from stress the resulting seeds (if the pollen was even viable) grow great plants too.

I have a pretty big stash of stress seeds even though I never see more than a few in the lowers. I trust them for the same results as the breeder pack.

And the seeds the breeder used were direct from the original breeders.

I was gifted some shantibaba made critical mass fem seeds from my guy.

Also want to say. My results with the same seeds from the same packs over time have improved greatly. I am not judging results on a couple or even 10 seeds.

Too many variables.

I'll get a pack.

Not that it's the same but I'm running cookie wreck from Greenpoint.

How many phenos are there on that strain? I like the look of those you showed. Looks like easy trimming.

I have grown 6 I think and have seen only 2 different plants. Both with the earthy lemony gassy og flavor. One right indica buds. One looser big sour diesel style sativa hybrid buds.

Pete has gone into bulk seed sales. But I’m sure if you contact him through his site he still has packs.

Wait until you see the volume bulk prices. I am hoping he will sell me a couple hundred for the bulk levels.

He told me last month he sold 150,000 seeds. I assume to stores in Europe.
