Personally I wouldnt have even complained. Loss to the game, it happens sometimes. You say that your other orders have been good for 2 years, I would say overall you have had a lot of success. 2 of each, you can always clone, or even better hit one of each with colloidal silver or STS and make all of your own seeds you can handle.

Now, once he said he would send replacements, it was on him to do so. Although he never specified he would send what you already had. It is possible he has been having problems with those strains and doesnt want to send more duds and run into the same problem all over again.

everybody at the other place knew all those are backorders that show up, the topanga crosses, etc. Nobody would expect those right now, seems like. Not sticking up for Gu, just sayin what it looks like. Prolly didn't help you with the attitude, but why replacements were mentioned, lol, or what looks like one in text form. It looks like he blew him up! Lol and yes everyone who read the fine print saw that those strings are back orders smh I’m not on either side but seems to me the customer didn’t read the fine print and excessively annoyed the seller if I were a judge I’d give this case to seller.

I never had any issues with Gu. His service, replacements, and so on was really good, still might be, not sure cause I haven't order from him in a while. I have a dozen or so packs of GPS.

However, it does seem that recently more folks are reporting issues with his service. It's too bad cause that is the lone place to get Heisens gear and despite also having a dozen or so packs of his gear, I am interested in more. I wont write off Gu or GPS site as I havent had issues.

I feel for those who have had issues, been there before... But I do agree with @Bodyne sending an email every two days would drive me... gotta let these situations breath a bit, take the "high" road, even if the other side isn't.

Although I’m very new to all this and can’t speak on reputation I can say that I have some GG4 and GMO Cakes from GPS.

I am yet to run the GG4 but all 6 GMO Cakes are doing well and about to go into flower.

This is my first time growing and this is one of the GMO Cakes from GPS, she sprouted July 25th.

I doubt many folks will believe you on that tip. You've been steady hating heisen and now show up with 3/5 herms of strains that nobody else has had issues with...
