7 days on 12/12 now.
P1050231.JPG

thats how it should look like.
P1050233.JPG
fingers crossed it stays like this for some time.

have to say their mother didnt perfromed good production wise, quality was great so i give her a second chance.

2 of the do sweet dos no.4 went in to the smaller tent.
2 fabric pots of 5 gallons each, so 10 gallons super soil.
good yielding pheno, just a bit lanky, sativaish.
as i dont plan for runoff i could get rid of the plant lifter construct and gain some height.
hoping it will work out.
went in to the tent few days ago.
P1050234.JPG
a good 200ppfd for now.

thanks man, absolute, not much space or wattage is needed for personal use.
even if youre a heavy user as i am.
went really ok for a first try with soil after decades.
had the feeling the 200 was allready too much, even 130w is giving good results in this 0.75m2 tent.
while i also had the feeling i was too low with the food overall.
still trying to develop a hand for otganic fertilier, but overall its not that hard, critical, havent had any toxycites so far.

installed a second net for these girls as i fear they need it.
this dos sweet dos likes to develop huge leaves while not so many therefore, its not the plant needing much defoil normally but its getting a bit crowded.

P1050249.JPG

190W now on the square meter, giving a bit more UVA 390/400 from tomorriw, increasing to 2h a day.
have to be noted i just give them UVA about 10W and over many diodes well spread.
660nm will start from tomorrow also, not much for now.
looks like the buddies see action soon too, hoping i dont blast them and they can stand the ppfd/keeping their nice color for a bit.

That green is certified grow porn.

the square meter tent is doing really well.
200W in total for now, carefully introducing them to some 660nm red.
prunned allready a dozen lower shots, but prob. have to cut more.
running out of height, hope they stop to stretch soon otherwise they will grow in to the light.
P1050252.JPG
overall very promissing, just i know that this pheno isnt capable of producing fat buds, gulfballs at best.
smoke is great, so be it then.
P1050251.JPG

that below is another pheno in the smaller tent who is producing fater buds, taste is nice also but lacking the gas which i like.
P1050254.JPG
P1050255.JPG
not set to flower yet, may should when i see what her sister is doing.
if that continues i become a soil convert or wormcasting lover, choose yourself.

Merry Christmas to you all.

squaremeter tent is doing very well, introduced some red, as its christmas.

P1050258.JPG
running out of space, but else is perfect.
not even causing much work this soil grow and delivering exelent results so far.

P1050257.JPG
they need to go 12/12, quite a stretchy pheno, even more then the one above and the tent is smaller.

and happy new year to all.

square meter tent is doing great.
they will run mostly on worm castings, no bottled or dry fertilizer used.
just water every few days.
P1050268.JPG
very stinky plants, gassy.
small gulfballs just, like a og kush, but real quality in the end.
P1050269.JPG
3 weeks in all perfect, tops seeing a good 800ppfd, lower tops maybe 700.
taken near the tallest top.
P1050265.JPG
led fixture is close, very few inches to the tallest tops.

smaller tent is well too, very few days on 12/12
P1050267.JPG
completly different do sweet dos pheno, more sandlewood and doing quite big buds.
also taking longer to flower, more sativaish overall.

thanks mo, am curious too.
both above are cuts from my do sweet dos ive grewn before.
the ones in the squaremeter tent are the former no.1.
frosty nice nugs, hardly any leaf to remove, but she isnt closing them to one big bud.
on the plus side lower buds are also good, not larfy.
drawback on her is shes prob the worst yielding plant i grewn so far.
yield was maybe half of the others on average.
while the run wasnt good, she didnt performed last time.
they also filled the space very very well, so the jury is still open.
i dont expect any real huge numbers, still should be good, about a pound maybe.
wattage is now 200W 3200K, 10W 660nm, less then 10W, few hours just UVA and the buddies at 25W.

g per watt wise the smaller tent may shine more in the end.
it was the second best yielding plant last run did impressive buds.
not sure where land wattage wise, 150-200W i would guess, prob no 200.
goal would be 350-400g in the 86x86cm then and i think the pheno can do it.

Long time lurker of this thread, really enjoy following along with your grows. Glad to see you enjoying the soil/ewc route as well. Not sure if you've looked into it or I missed it, but maybe check out starting your own worm bin and produce your own fresh worm castings. Bins are easy to set up and require little maintenance once things get going.

You just seem like a DIY kind of person, so figured I'd throw it out there in case you haven't given it any thought. Happy new years to you though and look forward to seeing more grows from you.

all good in both tents.
the squaremeter tent is seeing 240W 3200K and 660nm reds, plus 25W from the buddies.
P1050272.JPG
P1050274.JPG
all nice and healthy.
P1050273.JPG
some tops are too close, 3 to 4 inches from the leds, seeing over 1000ppfd.
so far they took it ok, not much tacoing or else to see.

smaller tent is seeing 160W 3200K and 660nm reds now.
P1050270.JPG
P1050271.JPG
all nice and vibrant.
