coots is a good receipe it seems and i would prob simply follow it 1:1 if i would mix larger batches of soil.

Neem does your nitrogen and also kelp growth hormones full mineral content flower boost and veg full npk and hard as fek to burn it pour it in

the organic fertilizer pellets are full of kelp, pretty complete meal allready and i have quite some still.
the chicken shit was tempting cause i read good reviews about it comparing to other manures.
a one to one mix above give a good Ca Mg ratio, another reason, only chicken is too rich in Ca.
the neem i incooperated cause you where raving about it and its in the coots mix.

Pellets sounds interesting then. Yeah worms repackage the chicken shit in little humic jackets lol the added ca should help with light intensity of leds. Though I throw a fair bit on benefit of the organics is the organisms and fungI will take controlled and feed what's needed when it's needed. Hard to overdo it imore unlike fertilisers .
There's a guy on icmg dank frank adds 5 different sources of each element I wonder why it doesn't burn baffles me. but he explains the diversity is processed by micro herds and exchanged for sugars from the plants in reward . humics help deliver nutrients when needed. Quite crazy lol once my mites too hold in the soil things got rapid very fast lol.
I can't believe being so simple I can pull more weed harder we'd and more flavours from doing less haha I was spending 400 a grow on nute but now 4 grows cost me 70 and am getting more haha worm power rocks ass. Neem will do wonders as well as bug prevention

organic growing can become a bit more esoteric then sience.
its dam easy to care for the plants grewn in soil.
they do smell really lovely allready and making me think of buying a new carbon filter.
i hope it translates in to the end product.
my cocos weed is very good, just smoke long cured cocos grewn gelato, delicious.
i do use extras like kelp and hunics, fulvics in cocos too but think theyre not working as well there as in soil.
also do like that you hardly need to chase the magnseium as much as you need in cocos, soil is very forgiving all in all.
think there is potential to unlock growing in soil, i will see in a few months, so far very promissing.
not sure if it yields more tbh, plants in cocos fill their pots quicker maybe in veg, but thtere is lots to experiment.
too much Ca can be problematic for sure, living in a region with very hard calcium rich water.
ive read comments of a guy in another forum who tested several manures on fieds and the clear winner was chicken manure,
thats why it caught my attention.

several inputs shouldnt hurt a soil mix, i am going to do that too, but i need to arange with what i can get easily as raw peat i can only buy in stupid large quantities and it would be just one kind of peat, normally you want a mix of black and white peat.
i hate to handle 100l bags of perlite also, so decission is to stick with premade soil mixes.
if i want to go organic i may opt for starter soil then, i can get: peat,compost, sand, organic fertilied starter soil
or i can get: peat, perlite, very little chem fertilizer starter soil.
i prob go with the last and mix wormcastings with it plus the other stuff.

Yeah bro sounds like u know ya game. I use ro water so I can control the ca more I use oyster flour and crab shells. The crab has some meat left so nitrogen food for micros there too. Heads up if u want them look at chicken food not gardening store same stuff 10%price lol. The crab flour is 25a kg but for my birds I pay 10 for 20kg lol same shit if not more organic certified.
I spent years hydro and floods n drain coco systems smashed my house down haha was immense had giant 25oz trees and fields of green. I didn't think not ill would yield more loads said it would and 5% more each no till round....
So I did my first and found that malted barley powder reduces flowering times by use of enzymes wow haha it did my chunk runs 60days time n time again n generally in a scrog gives 5oz. She finished soil in 52days with 6.5 I fell over and the terps... Damn.
This round I swapped hlg did 3 350r at max 450watts I kicked me self for not turning em up but then hit 2gpw haha damn that's onpar to my hps hydro with half power.
I feel once worms get working then round 2 goes nuts and they run them self lol.

Worms tell me the ph also lol too high they go yellow to low the go pale n slow perfect pH and there pink n fast lol

Now Round 5 and my growth veg is scaring me.

I use an Irish peat moss sphagnum. And guanokalong is complete soil I use when. Potting up its amazing and as ya say blended white moss n other goodies.

Airation I hate perlite it's fake crap n goes sludgy. I got lava rocks and pumice as they harbour breeding ones for benificial bacteria and hold giant oxygen pockets for roots. They seem to swarm them.
Can also use rice hulls and buckwheat for same reasons.. bennies love em n ebay has em cheap lol.
Mulch too but first Round I run clover vetch and few others as they fix nitrogen from air to soil via fungi that develop on roots amazing shit. They seed up n keep going good also stops soil evaporation and creates a microclimate.

Love organics haha so any options so cheap n simple

No.4 giving fat frosty buds, she takes her time and i had more stinky plants but she impress me somehow.

anyoing is that she dont even think of stopping to throw new white pistils.

the do sweet dos is harvested since a week, think they yielded quite good.

the gelato is on its finishing line.


shes quite quick compared to the last times i grew here.
smell is very impressive and clearly better then when growen in cocos.
i grew this plant/genetics in several media, this time i went with soil with other nutrients then i normally use.
basically i wanted to have something to compare to.
the usual bleaching behaves same compared to my salt grows, its more light related.
a little P deficiency, but thats the main difference i see to my cocos salt grows.
am normally more biased to salts then organics and soil, but i think i should go more toward soil as it enhances the product quality clearly.
so i ve just mixed me a good 100l soil and grow some do sweet dos clones in it to make the test again.

veg box is quite full.
all kind of plants in different media.

perlite hempy, cocos and soil.
btw. really need to change the box to some led strips, the cobs i use in this since 2016 are too hard and always bleach my tops, need to cut them down every 2 weeks and rearange them often.

transplant saturday.
4 do sweet dos clones in to the suqaremeter tent.
this was the ones not yielding much last grow, hope theyre doing better this time.
went in to:
potting soil,
plus a good 10% worm castings,
10% vermiculite,
10% perlite,
1% precharged biochar,
0.5% organic fertilizer pellets,
a little bat guano, horsetail extract and mineral magic.


front left shows some minor bleaching from the veg box, too close to the cob.

@cobshopgrow hey just a heads up, when you first come out and see it's not blue anymore...you kinda have this minor panic atack lol! then you finally come to ur senses and handle it lol...but it'll zap you for a micro minute lol... did me at least.

these sus tee work well so far for me, good to hear it work for others too.
pretty hard to be precise in a foregin language, my english is quite ok, but fine details are hard to read and to express sometimes.

You beat me, i only know one language, and I'm pretty bad with it most of the time.

thats relative, if you have to choose one language english is likely a good choice and you forced me use a dictionary, that indicates youre good in your language.

plants doing fine.
tried with a 100W first saw minor stress signs, went down to 85W and all is good.

plants doing great, went to a 100W today which is a good 300ppfd at the tops.
lets hope shes going to take it.
temps are a bit low, max 23c, but she dont mind so far.

the green is perfect

feared the soil is a bit hot, not at all, just right it seems.
hope this will keep on a bit.
