No worries, the change is almost complete, just need to work out the cloning schedule and I will be fine.
As far as the card goes, once you have the necessary paper work sent in, they have 15 days to approve and 5 days for mail. If you haven't received it 20 days after you send it, your copy of the application and your Doctors recommendation become your card until you do receive it. The Law was written by MPP, they seemed to know the MDCH would wait as long as possible and made sure they could not do so indefinitely.
We did a mass turn in on the 6th, those were approved on 4/20, they waited until the next Monday to mail them out, had to take a little extra time.
The only reasons they could 'not approve' would be procedural. Improperly filled out, or a document missing etc., they cannot question the Doctor about the recommendation, all they can do is verify the Doctor did issue the recommendation. The only ones I have heard about that were not approved had to do with not providing proper documents for the lower fee. VV:twisted:

What is the max number you are allowed to have durring flowering? My big thing is I am running A SOG system now and just wondering if I should start A SCROG build and design!

Max is 12 plants period.In flower,veg,clones ect,,, ect...If the clone has roots it's a plant and goes into your count.So, 4 in flower,4 in veg,4 clones= 12 plants total.

VV is right, hit a club meeting or 3 and get legal :hump::hump::hump::peace:

I have found that the Oaksterdam University will be holding a seminar at the University of Michigan memorial day weekend. I was wondering if anyone on the site is planning on attending or if anyone knows the status of the class thus far; is it full or not.

I do belive there is still some spots open for this one.I'm not attending but there are several that are from the clubs around the State.Cost I think is $200.00.

Me and my uncle were enrolled in that and he was told at a club meeting that they wouldnt teach him anything their that he couldnt learn from them, so he bailed out on the class. So I not wanting to go by myself unregistered also. it does look interesting though. It would be nice to find some patients in my area. LOL

You dont have to be a card carry'in patient to attend the oaks school. I wont comment on teaching you anything more than a club could. They are a school and the clubs are just that " clubs". Now that dont mean ya cant get help from some very nice club members on learning and helping you get all set-up but hey,clubs are clubs.hehehehe

i caught this thread late because i was stoned, but i would highly (hahaha) suggest NOT going to the MMMA website. them fuckers over there are all some bickering shit heads. if you want info regarding the law in MI go to their website, its way more useful then what those assholes can tell you. lol, you should see them fight - its hilarious.

VictorVicious is among them as well so i wouldnt listen to a word of his bullshit. research it yourself.

and yes, i have my card in MI im legal.

Well your observation about the website is accurate, there do seem to be some folks that are not adults. Before you just lump me in with the rest of the group could you point out where I have participated in that behavior??
Before you call me bullshit you might want to check me out a little bit while you are here. I doubt that attacking me in this forum will win you many friends. You could start with a search of the threads I have started, should not be too hard, I think its 11 now, and over 1/2 of them are DIY threads, things I have made or done that I shared with the group. Several patients including Krusty have seeds or clones from the old VV. So take your own advice and research it for your self friend. Let me know how that works out for ya. VV:twisted:

If you go back and read his post you will see that he does use Rick SImpsons method along with some special things he has found through the research he has done. PB typically puts in 14 to 18 hour days helping patients. I think you should do some research on the man. I am not aware of anyone in the State of Michigan that has helped more patients than he has. VV

I responded to you inane post about using torrent instead of attending PeanutButter class, don't try to pull some thing out of context, this ain't my first day on the mainland. You decided to be a dick, I didn't try to persuade you, I have seem many of your type come and go from the boards, I just stated some facts that any intelligent individual would have researched before criticizing some one that can get folks to attend a $75.00 class.
PeanutButter had nine people attend his first set of classes, not gonna set the world on fire, certainly won't make him rich, I have been after him for months to get his cost recovery in line with his expenses.
See PeanutButter can't be a caregiver, he has a felony drug conviction, he is a patient, turned in his application on April 6th, rode the bus there with all of the other patients. Spends his free time applying his oils to folks at the compassionate care club meeting, he forgets about money and eating and sleeping.
Anyone that has spent anytime in these boards will tell you I am not into hero worship, if I have good things to say about you, you probably deserve it. And all I did was let you know. PeanutButter deserves the support of everyone that is supportive of Medical Marijuana. Right now he needs more raw material for treating another member that has been in this fight for a long time. That person started chemo this last week, we will need about a pound of good bud and all the leaf and stem we can get to accomplish the treatment. So unless you have something positve to contribute to the conversation, :bigjoint: You can lead a horse to water, you can't amke him think. :twisted::blsmoke: VV

Well... Krusty and I are doing just fine, we have our meds and our houses. Our intention is to help patients get their meds for the least possible cost recovery and to help them understand their rights under the law. Thanx for asking and trying to diffuse this crap, trouble. VV
