Yes high Nitrogen..it is the cause of the Burt tips,but the dry crunchy leaves,and the ones with the serration tips curling up,are from a calcium/magnesium deficiency DUE to the high Nitrogen.this deficiency is also the cause of the red streaks in your fanleaf stems..mind you changing the p.h. or raising the calmag won't do any good till you deal with the nitrogen issue,but with amended soil,idk how you can without replanting I suppose..I've never grown just with amended soil,so I wouldn't know what to do other than flush since replanting is out of the question..
I use dynagro nutes,and I had a pinch of this same issue with my blue Hawaiian, but I just gave it calmag(magpro) and micros,no foliage pro,and of course my tea..in 2 days it was back to normal,although I never had physical damage like crusted leaves,just a little curling on the lower leaves on the serrations,and a few rust spots on a few leaves,or a little yellow on the end tips of the leaves..
If u can make sure the calmag gets properly introduce throughout the life of the plant,you'll see quicker growth on affected plants,especially during budding when calmag promotes so much for growth and respiration/transpiration of the leaves..higher metabolism means more food used,and more buds in the end...

I know ur all organic,but have you considered protekt for your plants? I have a hard time training my girls cause the stems are so tough and hard,I place all credit on protekt..it also hardens off plants against disease and pests(hard to chew through iron stems!) ..everyone I've recommended it to has gone crazy over it,might help you on those windy days or beetle barrages...I've got some update pics too that I'll put up tomorrow night most likely. The new flowering girls are looking good for the most part. We've had some strong westerly winds which is the opposite direction from our normal trade winds so the plants are handling well, but I don't think they've been real happy with the beating they've been taking.
The veg plants on the other hand are not happy at all. They're at least a couple weeks past due to be transplanted and the wind hasn't helped the situation. They're doing a good job telling me they're upset. Dang day-job getting in the way of my gardening!Anyway, hopefully I can get them all put to flower this next week.

Tbh,I'd love to see you do a Malawi run with all dyna gro nutes..when you go from clone to harvest with absolutely no def.,not one leaf dying,perfect green stems,leaves and all,its amazing the yeild difference..when they get to put 110℅ into growth and flower with out one iota of energy diverted to repair/sustaining itself,they really reward you..I bet outside in the sun,they'd produce pounds!!

You can get Agsil16h from buildasoil and it gives you more bang for your buck. I used it to refill my empty protekt jug and still have some left over. Makes a good emulsifier for mixing neem oil also.

I'll get back to your guys' replies tomorrow night hopefully with some pic updates. I fell off of a roof yesterday from 23 ft. high and need to go rest. That was a new record height for me for falling off of a roof. Miraculously, nothing is broken. I landed on my side really well, but it hurt a lot. I smacked my face and head real good and at first I thought I broke my left shoulder, both shins, both wrists and knuckles on both hands, but I didn't. After some homeopathic arnica tablets, some topical arnica gel, some oral dosages of hash oil and some rest I'm actually doing really well. Pretty much just my shoulder and wrists are still hurting. Anyway, thanks guys for the comments and I look forward to replying to your replies and reading your responses. I've got to go to bed right now though.

This was the busiest winter my business has ever had by far, but it looks like it's slowing down now so I'll get more garden time, which will be good, can't be having all work and no play otherwise I'll be hanging out with Mr. Torrents and you, ha ha ha

My wife stayed on the computer waaay later than usual and now it's bedtime; I've got my last job of the month in the morning so it should be easy cruising for a little bit hopefully. I tried to update this last night, but the site was offline immediately after I replied to the thread. Anyway, the plants are looking okay considering we had an intense tropical storm out of the west (never happens) so all the plants got wind whipped and are showing signs of it, but I think they'll recover fine and we've had mild weather since. They're about 4 weeks into flowering at the time of these pics (3 days ago). The Jam Goji's are looking pretty uniform in growth for the most part and have very similiar smells so far; kind of a sweet cream smell, it's lovely. And the Sky Pipe is turning into a nice little bush. It didn't stretch much at all and is developing a nice scent too. I can smell it from 5 ft. away, but I don't remember what it smells like at the moment, I'll check it out again tomorrow.
I got 5 more plants transplanted to the flowering area on Friday, but I didn't take pics. I'll get them up soon enough, but the plants are looking a little rough at the moment due to negligence because I had a lot of work over the past month. They should have been transplanted at least a few weeks ago and the storm didn't help them out any either.

Thanks for the recommendations rory and kalo. I do use Agsil 16H actually, which is the same stuff Dyna-Gro uses to make Protekt. It actually can be used for organic farming under certain circumstances so I wouldn't call it inorganic, maybe just faux-rganic, ha ha. I use it for every neem oil spray.
And @rory420420 you're not the first person I've known to rave about Dyan-Gro. I have a buddy over here that's used nothing else for the past twenty years and has nothing but good things to say about their lineup. I'm definitely tempted to set aside at least one plant in a 35 gal. pot and give it a try. Maybe this summer, but this will be my last run of the Malawis. I may keep one around for myself though.
