My bodhi tester journal

So i was offered some bodhi testers in dec and started them jan1.
They are apollo13 x snow lotus.

4 out of the 5 popped within 24 hrs of being put in paper towel the 5th seed never attempted to open.

I put two beans in promix and two in rockwool cubes.
After three weeks the two in soil are twice the size of the two in dwc.

So far i see two different phenos. Three of them are straight as an arrow with little to no side growth as yet.(both dwc and 1soil).
The other one in soil as amazing it has 8-10 branches already and is super bushy.

I dont know much about the parents genetics but as someone new to bodhi i must say that overall im impressed
By the growth rate and very early stinkiness.

I should also note that the plant with all the extra braching has a few clusters
Of really abnormally shaped leaves. With rounded tips. The new growth seems fine and hopefully it grows out of it.

I will try to post up some pics as it goes along more towards the ends.

Heres a pic showing the two different phenos.
Both were topped early and the results are opposite branching structure.

sssweet Bodhi is the man and knows what real dank is, u wont be disappointed

Wow these bodhi babies are growing ridiculously.
I swear they stretched 4-6" overnight.
These may be put to flower by the weekend.
14" tall now in soil
10" dwc

These testers are being transplanted and switched to flower over the weekend.
They are 15-18" tall now and i think they are big enough to provide a worthwhile yield.

The taller pheno has really put on a super stretch. Its at 22" and has 5-6" between the nodes.
The soil plants are taller and bushier than the dwc however the dwc has a thicker stem so it will be interesting to see which yields more.
All of them are super stinky with an usual funk. Going to be interesting to see what they smell like once budds take over

So those three were the 24" apollo 13x sno lotus ladies.

And this is a chuckys bride x lemon skunk that smells amazing

U cant really tell from this pic but the main stem is thick as my finger already.

These were under a 250 mh for two weeks and then
400 mh for the last 2-3 weeks.
Going to be u der 1000hps tomorrow.

Just catching up on your test run. How's the grow coming @torontoke? I'm as interested in the solo stash x phantom cookies as the apollo 13 x sl, tbh.

Well i put most of these plants into a huge flower room at my friends house over a week ago but yesturday he called me in a panic so i went over.

Appxsl....so far 2females out of 4
Ssxpc.....zero females out of 4. I have one plant left in veg im hoping is female.
Cb x ls ....zero females out of three. One plant still in dwc veg.
All in all man it broke my heart to throw out all those plants.

Super bummed out
I was hoping to kickstart my genetics and its looking like im going to need to save up and buy a whack of fem beans.

Oh, man, I feel you - kind of hurts me, too, ya know?

But you still have the two Bodhi's, which is potentially a great cross. And a shot at one of the lemon chucky and solos cookie [ may as well name them...lol ]. If I were in your position, I might want that solo cookie to be male - then hit some pollen to a bottom branch of all your girls, including CB/LS. The babies could bring you years of good smoke and variations if breeding is your goal.
