You need to water on the outside of the pot. In a circle around the plant. To make the roots search for water. And spread out. When you pour in right in the middle like that. The root dont need to spread to search for food.
Thank you for the advice, @whytewidow ! I’m expecting to water next in 8-10 hours, so I’ll make sure to start from the outside of the pots and circle in, but will leave some dry area around the stems.

With my GSC auto, twice when it was little I experimented with something.

I took the water I was going to give it, and I poured it in a plastic saucer. I sat the pot in that water and it quickly soaked it up. I've read A LOT of things on here and other places (not all true of course), but I've heard that is also a good way to promote strong roots. They search for the water from the bottom of the pot.

Let those larger pots dry out real good. And def take widow's advice. Once the pot is nice and dry, just give a nice watering around the outer edge of the pot.

Those girls look healthy! The ones in the bigger pots seem to be drooping more than the ones in the smaller pots. How much water are you giving them?
I actually haven’t watered them since I up-potted them on Thursday...I watered the soil pretty thoroughly then, and was planning on watering next in 3-4 hours. The ones in the bigger pots were the seedlings that looked like they were hurting the most, so I started with those when I transplanted. After I did those 3, I broke the trade pots and finished with the smaller ones...so it was just coincidence that the worst looking plants ended up in the biggest pots.

Will do! I was planning on watering in a few hours, but I may just hold off until tomorrow morning. It would be another 10 hours or so...but like you mention, I want the soil to really dry out, so I’ll probably just go ahead and wait.

Bottom feeding is a thing actually. My autopot system is bottom fed.

9/20 - Day 26

6am - lil ones seem to be doing quite well, even with the minimal attention they were paid this week (I was totally out of commission and had a trusted friend water them). So far, they’ve just had filtered water since they were transplanted. Later today will be the start of adding CaMg+ from the GO Box (at half strength) when they get watered.

Front row (l-r) : CH1, SK3
Middle row (l-r) : SK1, CH1, KB1
Back row (l-r) : KB2, SK2

It’s really impressive to me how much healthier and happier they look now. Was such a good vibe opening the tent this morning and seeing them all perky. Much respect to you for your guidance in getting them here!

Looks much better on my PC screen. Those babies are lookin good! I see you are following along, not overfeeding and not overwatering. Very nice, you will be rewarded in the end.

Thanks for the good vibes, bud! I’m definitely sticking to the advice I’m getting, because I want the solid results that I see the folks giving me the guidance here are getting with their grows.

9/21 - Day 27

6am - plants still looking groovy, making me smile. Got their first taste of CaMg+ yesterday. They’re getting watered every 2-3 days, by circling around the plants and leaving some dry area directly around them as suggested (though you can’t tell from this pic).

I’m thinking of topping and pruning both Cannalope Hazes and all 3 Sour Koshers in a few days (the small pots furthest left and second from right, and all the large pots), but will just prune the 2 Kushberry...
