Great question.....
at about 3-5 nodes tall they should be starting to rootbound by then...
and depending how well you have read them and havnt over watered during that time and caused them zero stress they could thrive and go into 12/12 to sex and then back to reveg after.
IM currently in this mode, BUT I let my significant other water for me one day and he severely overwatered causing some stress thats still showing more then 10 days later now. So I will up pot them so they can get the nutes they need from my soil to perk back up again and take off. In a week after I will most likely sex them.
