I have small 1 inch centipedes in my 5 gallon plastic pots. They feast on springtails that are also in my pots. They freak some people out but I don't mind them, they never leave the pots and if I let the soil dry out they die off. They control the springtail population IMO.

Fungus Gnat is one of them that comes n goes lately.
As for the quick lil spider guys, yeah i guess they could have been the benni bug hypoaspis taking action against the white larva. Not knowing much about that stuff i DE the top-soil n killed any visual activity. How would the hypoaspis get there? Same as bad bugs? Naturally?
Any opinions on benni bugs w/ synthetic nutes? Maybe a silly question.
I feel that possibly being over-rooted might have something to do with it as well. All plants are what many would consider root bound. Something i never really believed in being that problematic.
I have some pics buried in the phone & at least different stages if not different bugs.
If I knew how to post a video, could show you how the crazy ones from last grow acted during the overflow/drainage to saucer temp. They were like Springtails with Rabies, attacking & clinging onto each other. Angry lil buggers had me itchy thinking they've found away to my balls.
SnS 209 wiped them out then. Although i would like to vere away from those or use much more sparingly & not early flower.
DE Seems to work. It gets wet n dry sure. But works.

I thought you might have gotten the mites from the bag of worm castings you mentioned were near by. Not sure about the flying insects.

Wondering what you mean by clinging to each other.

There is a bug that connects like the picture below when mating.
I had something similar in my worm bin for a while. One would sometimes be dragging the other around.
They hated DE, one of the ways I finally got rid of them from the worm bin.

They are very small, almost the size of a fungus gnat, maybe a bit larger.
I found them to be annoying but harmless when they got in the flower room and they always died off a short while after showing up.

Last run they were like Springtails with rabies. You know how they cluster together when floating in water? White little bug. Wasnt springtails that time tho .
Heres what i found crawling around ontop of a separate pot then the one o saw with baby looking spiders. This spider could be the same looking thing but much bigger. Uh.

Started chop on the HGL today. I only harvest during their bedtime. Filled the Tote right up n still have this left. Couple more days on the HLG which is looking pretty heafty.

Are those buds tops? Or were those on edge not getting as much light?

Yeah, it seemed as if the hgl sent out more shoots, but hlg looks to have stacked more.

I forget, is the hlg u are using 3000k or 3500k plus 660?

Edit: it looks like hlgs trinity is using the 3500k w 660.

Can i ask u to compare the difference in inter-nodal spacing and stretch between the two?

Looks like a few HGL buds are trying to sneak or are peeking into the HLG side.

Why should I crack you up ? I am not the one who's having troubles growing under LED's or fighting to keep plants healthy till they are finished.

Shouldnt be anyways. Just cuz a baboon or two says something dont make it so. Plants are good. I have explained everything along the way. Only am catching grief cuz hgl is running. All plants are in same room getting same treatment & are in good shape. Unph'd water caused some leaf misshap, no big deal.
Edit Add on: had it ever occured to you & some others that the ppfd's & evenness or unevenness of coverage, hot spots or not, over 1000 ppfd on a stationary plant or up n down dark n bright areas contribute to leaf health or appearance?
Any of these things ring a bell to as why each may not look as perfect as some of you are?
