Fuk Felicity Huffman

Ah, the one I originally brought up was in Akron.
In that particular case, the lady wasn't sentenced to jail. She was sentenced to a fine. She didn't pay the fine so they jailed her for 15 days.

Since Buck is obviously stumped and totally lost, I'll clue you in on Tanya McDowell.

First off, her story begins back in 2009 when she was arrested for bank robbery. She robbed the Trumbull Bank in CT and got caught and was sentenced to 18 months.

Then in 2011, she registered her son in the wrong district. She said it was by mistake, but law enforcement knew better because she was a known small time drug dealer that dealt in the area. She was arrested for petty larceny for that incident, but before she could even get to the court date (she wasn't facing any jail time for it) she got busted selling crack and marijuana on 3 separate occasions to undercover police officers.

For that, violation of probation from the bank robbery (they didn't even nail her for all the child crimes she committed like using her son's birthday parties as drug deal locations and dealing drugs within 1000 feet of a school zone) she got sentence to 18 years but that sentence was suspended if she served 5 years, completed 5 years of supervised probation and got her shit together.

They've given that chick every fucking chance in the book.

Oh, and one more small point: all that shit happened in 2011.

But do continue on talking loudly about shit you know nothing about.

Do you really think if Huffman had robbed a fucking bank, been in illegal possession of a firearm, did what she did, AND dealt drugs to undercover cops on multiple occasions that she'd only be getting the sentence she got?

Think a-fucking-gain.

You might try thinking again. They're talking about Kelley Williams-Bolar. She only got 10 days though.

A black woman in Akron was sentenced to five years in prison for signing her kid
It is accurate to say she sent her daughter to a better school and was sent to prison for 5 years

That is all true
None of that is true.

That is my point.

If we're all going to start resorting to that bullshit, we'd all might as well accept that Trump never did anything wrong, that he never fucked a kid, and that he really is the greatest president in American history, not just in his own mind.

Stephen Semprevivo, the LA executive that paid 400,000 to get his son into Georgetown under the guise of being a tennis player, was sentenced to 4 months in jail.

He too pled guilty.

A black woman in Akron was sentenced to five years in prison for signing her kid up under her father's address to get that kid into a suburban school.

But poooor Felicity...

She'll be forced to serve up to 85% of her 14 day sentence and she will do it in a cushy, country club prison.

Maybe she'll get a pardon.

I hereby summon @scumrot derelict
We got men in prison for life for non violent crime and Brock whatever his name is from Stanford violently raped a girl and left her behind a dumpster and was only given 6 months. His affluent dad said why should he get a long sentence for “15 minutes of fun” that could mess up the life of a promising young man. One of the two guys that caught Brock in the act broke down in tears because the rape was so vicious + the woman was beaten. A black man would have got 20 years. FFfs smh sad
