I had a neighbor who did this back around 81' .... he was retired and bored and after they took his DL he would ride his mower to the liquor store. And on his way home one day a cop spotted the half gallon of Canadian mist and pulled in front of the mower, well Kelly didn't stop but instead slowly bumped into the cop car.
Ohh that store wasn't close either it would take a hour or so of hard riding to get there on my bike cycle.
