Still kinda a newb to this forum and total newb to growing. I been gathering all the supplies needed to set up for almost 2 months now. During that time been reading and watching videos almost non stop! Im in the 904 area (jax) dry as a bone I keep hoping to one to another when getting it. At the moment im down on luck and the worst happened... NO ONE to get it from at all really blows so I was fed up and said enough is enough. Gonna grow my own hopeing for the best. So hello everyone and hope you liking this cold as hell weather lol.

growings not that hard man, it took me a couple a trys and i got the hang of it now.

Yeah and the news says it wont get better just longer day now, you all rdy for the time change? I hate that lol.
As for that my problem is I didnt keep much communications with lots of people so I rarely talk to many people lol. Even with the people I do know they got it from the same person also lol. So we all out of luck he decided to stop messing with it but the way he went out if was a bitch move. Long story he could of went at it another way
. Ahh well hehe gotta wait and be nice to the plants and hope for the best. Yeah for growing figured if I cant do nothing yet and waiting on all the items I would research I think I might of made it to complicated. I hope I dont screw them up by doing that hehe. I tend to over complicate things at times.

I never pay any attention to the time changes... I am linked to the sun. Then again I don't wear a watch either. Yah, we can usually count on a March surprise every year with the cold. I don't know about N. Fla. but pretty sure central on south won't see anymore freezes. Whenever it gets cold outside, I just think about August, I'd rather be cold than hot. You can always dress more warmly.

i got a BIG pot. and two other ones that i have plants in now, ill use those for just one plant. how big you think a plant would get in these pots? there made for like four plants..

My wife agrees with you but she is genetically better adapted to the heat than I am with my Nordic/Germanic (no I don't have blue eyes
) background. I can only get down to being naked, then I'm still cooking...
I'll go into the house in the summer after being outside for a few hours and she doesn't even have the A/C running... I'm like HEY, I'M DYING OVER HERE!!! out.

I've been here in FL almost 19 years and I'm still not used to the heat.

I used to live up north and when I told my wife I would routinely go outside in a t shirt or a flannel in zero degree weather (with no wind mind you), she thought I was crazy..... Heck I would go out and chop wood all day when it was in the 30's...

Oh, there is plenty to like about florida, like the winter, but the heat...I am not a big fan. One of my neighbors is a real old cowboy...and he would just laff at me when I complained about the heat. "you should've been here before A/C was invented"!! I probably would have stroked out at some point....
