They are both fine. The cotyledon leaves (round leaves) contain all the nutes for the start of the seedlings life. The yellowing on the cotyledon leaves just means it's time to start them on nutrients. They will eventually die off and you will only have the serrated leaves.

General Hyrdophonics(micro, bloom, veg) has a line its pretty cheap and does the trick! But if you got the bread go for Advanced, And id say the plant looks fine but the Medium(soil) should be a little better, needs perlite. So your soil aint so clumpy and saturated

Look up on the recommended nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium (N-P-K) value for cannabis, and look for something similar in your local garden shop. The bottles will have the NPK labeled. There are nutes for vegging, and different nutes for flowering. Hopefully someone in your country can recommend a good product. Start giving them half of what the bottle recommends when they are two weeks old. When they are four weeks old give them full strength nutes.

If you're gonna keep them in pots, put them in separate pots. You will stunt the growth if they're in the same pot.

It has perlite. That's the one thing I was making surfeit had unless the shit on the back of the soil is wrong. And if you could choose a soil what soil should I use

Not right..they shouldn't be yellowing this soon...and if you start nuting seedlings they go downhill fast...they are overwatered...that is all...let them dry out..like pick the thing they are in up, and when it is light and you can easily do it with one hand then you water again...not before..are there drainage holes in that bucket?

Please don't tell this guy to kill his plants...if you don't know don't post...it is simple..don't know..? don't post...

your plants will be fine if you stop watering, but don't add nutes until you have 4 serrated leaves...so 2 actual nodes...you are just getting your first in..the cotyledons don't count.

Soil suggestion Ocean Forest I also put a layer of perlite #4 at the bottom of the pots for better drainage and mix the bags of soil with perlite also to make the soil light.

thats horrible misinformation, a word advice, before u take someones word for it on riu, look at the rep bar, the # of posts, and join date, for the most part ppl who cruise the forum more, and have a higher rep, are more knowledgable, always get a 2nd, 3rd, and even 4th opinion before u go out on a limb and do, whatever the first guy that responds says. and yes they shoud have perlite at home dep, esspecially this time of year, lowes walmart, and any other place with a garden dep should also have it, also look into local nurseries

lol, i said start half strength nutes at week 2, WHICH IS PERFECTLY FINE! Honestly if you think they die from nutes at two weeks of age then you better remind my plants that they forgot to die.

Do some research and look around the soil should have everything your plant needs until its grown a few nodes, if you don't no what nodes are look it up

A plant that is undernuted will fare better than one that is over..a plant can be half starved all through the grow and still be a tree, but a plant with too much will remain just a small plant, barely making any progress...so...less really is more...I only feed a few times in a plant's life cycle, just because I have so many amendments in my soil, that anymore than that and it is too much...give the plants what they need when they need it...

and saying wait 2 weeks isn't accurate...some people still have a twig in 14 days, while other people might have a small bush...one can handle nutes, and one can't.
