First grow - Auto Ultimate & Tha Shiznit

Hello boys and girls!

Digital hygro/thermo came today. Not the one I was expecting, so I'll be ordering another (min/max one), and I'll be able to use this one further down the line drying and curing. Its fucking tiny!

Raised light height a touch, maybe 3 or 4" to lower temp, and watered Tha Shiznit today. Humidity as I sit in front of the tent now is 57% and rising slowly, temp is 22.9, but that will sort itself out when I close the tent up for the night.

I'm feeling good.

Other pot though, I'm not sure whether that's the tiny taproot trying to break soil. We shall see in a couple days. I must not dig around and investigate! Not again!!

Love you all, you horrible cunts.

Sick.

Your light is way too close and your next time start off in a smaller pot like a red solo cup

What's your temp?

Do you have a fan in there?
light was only that low for the camera for the first week i had it up at 4" so i didnt roast the ladies also it being a brand new 600w hps , why wud i start off in a red solo cup buddy ? i hummed and arrrrred about whether to plant into 0.5l pot initially or just drop str8 into my final pot but i opted for the 0.5l i had some of them already but i didnt have red solo cups

Starting off in somthing small like solo cups is a good rule of thumb for better root development

Ahhhhh, course. Looking forward to experimenting with a bit of auto bondage.

How long are you leaving between germinations with your perpetual grow?

I like the idea of harvesting every few weeks. I can have 8 girls at once. No way would 8 big ladies squeeze in my 4x4.

The photo is something I definately want to do but that's if and when I get another tent.

Harvesting every few weeks sounds a dream. A sticky, time consuming dream. What strains do you have under your grower's resume so far? Strains planned for the future?

My resume consists mostly of diligent study, journal following, and asking questions until I was comfortable enough to go for it. I haven't harvested a single bud yet.
I have sponged a ton of info on numerous sites. I don't like to come to any conclusion until I have thoroughly researched and can comfortably wrap my head around it.
All my research is been, for the most part, autos. If I were to go the photo route I would be reading a bit more.

The toughest thing for me to grasp was watering.
Sense Emilya (I think spelled like this) was the one who turned the light on, so to speak. I encourage everyone to look her up on google. Specifically her watering technique. She lays it down in laymens and makes alot of "sense"

Peace

Quick update today.

MK Ultra Kush - 3 days from sprout

Such a dainty lil lady, precocious too. First leaves cant be more than a centimetre long, and she's already trying to push out the next set. Glad she popped, I was a worried parent.

Shiznit - 11 days from sprout

Seems to be growing before my eyes now! Less trips to the tent are helping me to appreciate her massively. Great growth since yesterday, although she is showing some lighter green patches on her oldest two leaves, I'll try and take photos but tomorrow during lights off may be easier to make out.

Today's light on temp 28.3, humidity 30%. Tempted to water.

Haha. Couple of photos to TRY and sure the damage, I'll take more, including MK's first ever photo shoot, during lights off tomorrow.

Here she is a few minutes ago, lights on. Not easy to see the pale patches on the light, but also note the bit of crust in the first photo. I've got some googling/rollitupping to do...

Help..?
