Picked up the tank today regulator and other stuff supposed to arrive tomorrow -- ups usually doesn't deliver to my place til 6-7pm though :( but you know i'll be putting up pics and stuff when it's in place.

Plants are looking great... they are growing noticeably morning and night... the rest should need to be tied down by the end of this week... now it's just waiting for side branching and preflowers... will have to be retieing every few days. No one really does it like I do not sure if that's a good or bad thing ;) probably bad... I tie down real low and try to train it to circle around the pot edge. They'll only end up being 1-1.5' when they go into flower with a buncha colas :) no time for any big 36 cola beasts this round :) although the bigger ones are in full veg now so 3 weeks of full veg who knows maybe they'll get pretty big'n bushy. The last sprout/runt of the litter is still so runty... it's gained a few mm in height and the first leaves are now twice the size from the last vid :) still no new leafset nice and green.

Not yet will wait to see if I need'em... I will probably just hook the 600w up if I need more light... I can always put it in the other room and have a whole separate grow going ;) Good to hear yours are doing better I need you to end up with a keeper ;)

NICE. So I got the tank filled with CO2 at lunch... home waiting for UPS. So I finally went up to check on my babies... I guess I didn't check this morning or they grew a lot since then, because... I looked in the closet at the chernojills first and was like 'holy cow!' they really took off since yesterday... then I looked down at the timewrecks and was even more blown away by their growth since yesterday... way bigger... I am guessing that the roots are starting to grow into the super soil mix now :) Everyone looks fantastic... just fantastic. I'm actually thinking now 3 weeks is gonna be more than enough time to get these guys ready to really put out in flower... maybe even too much for the size of pots they're in unless I up pot a lot of'em...

ooooh sweet time to start checking for preflowers... they are almost up to the point they started showing sex last round.... they showed pretty early last time.

Equipment is here! Love my new co2ppm meter -- it has temp/humidity as well and will track co2 levels over 48 hours and show min and max levels. Pretty nifty! Over 800ppm in my living room! Grow room under the lights at plant level was around 750ppm next to open window. More later

Maybe I shoulda bought the ppm meter first... so I closed the window and all the doors to the room and left the meter at plant level to see what the level would be at with just the co2 boost bucket going (exhausting through the fan blowing at the grow, same as the co2 tank will) -- co2 ppm level? just under 1000ppm -- so from 740 or so to over 990. Of course these are young vegging plants that aren't too big... i'm sure fully sized flowering plants are going to suck co2 out of the air a lot faster. Well either way means it should be easy to get up to 1250-1500ppm.

that's really a lot better than i expected of the co2 boost bucket considering this is a room that is probably about 15' x 15' if it were a smaller area that were air tight the co2 bucket would really probably be doing great... makes me think the exhale bag from my first grow this year in that cabinet may have had something to do with those great yields I got ;)

PPMs now at 1155 off a co2 boost bucket! I'm gonna let it run til it maxes out before i put the tank in :) Then I'll leave the co2 boost bucket going so the tank doesn't run as much :) i will probably hook'em both into the controller.

Still haven't hooked co2 up... going to tonight though as the exhale has not been doin as well as the other night... and kicking the a/c on today took ppms down in the 500s.

I just hooked up my co2 tank... I gotta check on it, but it appears to be workin... I was worried I f'ed it up because it didn't seem to be doing anything... but it gradually dropped down to 998ppm then went right back up, never saw any change in the tank, just hovering at 1000ppm (what I set it to for veg -- will step up to 1250 then 1500 in flower.

Holy cow... see that video I just made yesterday? All the plants have grown dramatically since last night when I put the co2 in... I woke up this morning and those 3 in the big 3 gallon pots were HUGE... wingspans now wider than the pots they are in... 5 fingered fan leaves spread as big as my hand with blades the width of THREE of my fingers... FAT, FAT, FAT indica leaves!!!!! All of them are growing like crazy... they haven't even gotten full strength 1-1-1 nutes yet :) so you know a lot of that has to be due to co2 + in ground nutes... which should be highly available seeing as how that dirt sat for almost 3 months. I think the TWs should be sexed next week.... the bigger ones are definitely looking big enough to start hunting preflowers, just haven't yet today. Co2 working great when I went in ppms were down in the 600s (sunup)... rose rapidly to the right levels... nice! They seem to love 1000ppm based on how they've been growing.

So the co2 bucket... it definitely could not maintain the levels of that first day i measured it -- i'm not sure why one day it did great but the next couple it was just 'ok'.... strange! i think the plants growing rapidly was just using more co2 than they could steadily produce. well makes me feel better about the tank :)

Exhale bucket I think I found a place I got lucky and got it for the price of the refill ($99)... so yeah even the co2 tank had a hard time keeping up with the girls co2 use today -- they are turning into some co2 spoiled bitches. I had to open up my release valve a little more twice to get the release rate to match the co2 consumption of the plants.... it was down to almost 900 when I came home for lunch (opened up a bit more) and when I came home after work (opened even more). They grew so much today I took pics... check that vid from yesterday and then look at these pics and tell me you don't see noticable growth on all. Holy cow the ChernoJills are catching up to the timewrecks and passing the chocolate chunkey monkeys... the chernojills sprouted a week later! they never knew stress though the others had a bit of a setback... also I can tell from the color of the chernojills they are ready for food... they are getting a bit lighter green. I'll probably give them half dose of the 1-1-1 next time... the timewrecks are verging on too much N not even getting full 1-1-1 at this point... but there is plenty of N in the soil. They are loving that co2. Runty chernojill still growing super slow.

The 3 I'm gambling are females... still very short and squat... the one on the left is the one that now has fan leaf fingers as big as 3 of my fingers now. Supa dupa indica

The smaller potted timewrecks... really taking off now... I have to get in there and do some more retieing again already.

Chocolate Chunkey Monkeys -- they are starting to get some stank on'em
ccm1.jpg

All but the lower left one are Chocolate Chunkey Monkeys - lower left is ChernoJill -- notice she has suprassed the CCMS and some of the TWs even though sprouted a week later!
ccm-csj.jpg

I love how the ChernoJills are much more sativa leaning in comparison to my timewrecks and hypervigorous... I have a feeling one of'em may be pretty special
csj.jpg

The little runt may not even get big enough to get cloned for flower. Kind of funny that the others are growing so fast and well and passing older plants and this guy is by far the slowest growing plant maybe i've grown. You're almost a month old buddy/lady -- ridonkulous!! I won't even get to sex it before flower. Maybe I'll get a quarter off of it haha

Oh yeah I did have an exhale bag first grow of the year... had very good results thinking now it may have helped after seeing the co2 buckett really is helping (even if it's no match for a tank). I think if you got multiple exhale bags for a larger grow, even better. So psyched just a bit over 2 weeks til flower... i might go 1 more week before flipping if I feel they need it, but at their current rate of growth I think 2.5 weeks is gonna be perfect timing. I should start seeing females in the coming week and I may transplant any that show female to bigger pots...

I'm thinking about doing a double 12/12 cycle again and swapping plants every 12 hours... i'm not planning on going on any vacations for the next 2 months, so... that way I could veg the fems a bit longer/wider for more tops/yield without adding more lights. 600w isn't gonna go well in that room without proper venting or massive co2. It's up around 80 in there at the moment with the room closed and no a/c... but with the co2 that should be no issue for the plants. It'd be badass if I could get as good of yields as my first grow this year (don't see why not) -- would really make up for that realllll shitty grow last time.
