Ledgardener and growmau5 (although his videos are a bit dated with regards to components) on youtube are both great resources.

For comparing drivers I use this.

Also on led gardner.com, he has the basics to meanwell drivers. A 4 part video, that explains the drivers pretty well.

Then you just figure out how many watts you need for your grow space. Look at the charts on horticulturelightinggroup.com for the style qb you are wanting. They will tell you how many volts a qb will run at certain currents. Figure out if you want less qbs run harder with heatsinks, fans, and or cooling.

Bam, then you'll be off to growing about a lb. Lol

I learned everything from these over the last week.. Comfortable enough that I just ordered 16 304 boards last night.

I run 18 of them over a 4x9 haha you don't need that many but it used to be harder to order them so I got a bunch!

I was wanting to do 10 for each room but i hit my budget at 8 per room lol

It depends on heat I set the lights so the room is the right temp and I use a par meter to adjust height. Sometimes they run at 60w per board sometimes 110w per board

Still trucking. Three weeks of flowering in this over-stuffed 31"x31" tent. Four plants, 3 gallon fabric pots (ROLS), 4xQB120s @250w.
I really need to get in there and thin them out a bit.

If you're a silence junkie, you can replace the 120mm fan in that dehumidifier with a decent noctua fan, it makes it nearly 100% silent.

I can’t even hear the dehumidifier. It’s the in-line fans that I can always hear but I the noise doesn’t bother us. Thanks for the tip tho!

For the DIY crowd where do you source your components? Waterproof ip67 connectors, power cord, wagos, wire?

I was going to order another 520w setup but they don't have any kits in stock?

Yeah Amazon for most of those parts. I went to wireandcableyourway.com for wire and I found this cool product called connexbox from the uk that sells wagos with a makeup box to store the wagos in for a little added waterproofing.

this kit includes wagos and boxes. this is their smaller form factor box, they have a bigger one that I prefer but I found use for the lite version as well
