I WANT MY MAXIGROW/BLOOM!

Sorry, I'm having a stressful day. Just caught this thread, started one about if anyone knew when it will come back to Canada, nobody knew. I emailed GH two weeks ago and they said the approval from the Canadian government has not come through yet for the new packaging. They did not know when it would happen. Probably due to covid. I did not want to buy some expensive bottles to finish off my current grow, just using some vegetable fertilizers, the plants do not seem to mind much.
I’m still up in the air, today I’m leaning towards floranova, I’m going to check out the yara @Keesje mentioned, 1.40lb cad for cal nit where I was going to order as well. I’m setup for liquid, im use to liquid. Chopping the room this week, I have some quick work to do, installing ac in the 6x7, heat got me late flower, it’s alright but need better control. Planning on sealing but not sure if I have time. Need more co2 equipment, maybe late winter run. I heard the same thing on reddit, see few places have some 2.2lb bags still, most advertise it yet never have stock. Have to email and ask..

It's a little lower in P, and higher in K than most. (high K can scare me in coco)
Indeed the K number is high

They also have another product (Orange) that has about the same number, and then the K is 36.
Peters fertizilizer for tomatoes and also Masterblend for tomatoes have number like 4-18-38.
Masterblend Hydro, Jack's and MegaCrop 2 part have numbers around 5-11-26.

Why do you think that there is just a big difference between the K numbers.
I know tomatoes does not equal cannabis, but fruit bearing plants are not that far apart.

Not sure why.

The 2parts allow good flexibility to adjust the different elements.

GH 3part is great for flexibility. The way they have the elements split between the 3 is very granular.

I’m going to give the 321 a try, looking for something to run with it for the roots, can’t find tribus in Canada, garden friendly fungicide is in the same boat. Rather not pay double for something out of country. Same shit as maxi bloom. :wall:

I never did try all 3 parts GH, I ran AN for a few grows in peat, tried coco once, did some super soil once. Plants outside are in peat, peat from like a grow 6 years ago lol, found it in the old garden bed.

I was going to suggest an alternative that might be available to you, something like Recharge. But yikes, it's over $100 on amazon canada.

Stuffs not available on amazon.ca, I don’t know what the hells going on. There’s one hit, buying options priced $4-500 haha. Rest say currently unavailable.
Just re-checked. Sure enuff - cannot find the $104 recharge. It's gone now! There was only 1 available. Too spensive anyway.
I'd send you some, but we would probably get locked up in jail by customs for all I know. lol

Haha appreciate it, I thought I saw it somewhere but maybe it was ebay, will dig around a bit later again.

I decided I’m going with floranova bloom, try jacks some other time. Even at max dose of 7ml it’s doable, I’m planing for 3-5ml though. I still have UC roots so will prob just run sterile again as well.

do some google searching for a powdered bacillus amolyc-whatever (same strain as SAG). with all the ag up your way, it's got to be available by some manufacturer.

Alright, there are some powdered bacteria inoculating things at my usual spots, I will hunt down that strain. I can grab southern ag gff off eBay as well, if that’s the best option, unless powder is recommended.

And just to clarify, sag gff is really a spray application that’s adapted to hydroponics and other mediums? Or am I looking at the wrong thing? Regardless, I’m after Bacillus amyloliquefaciens strain D747 in the highest concentration.

if you can get SAG , get it. it's def for hydro , soil, foliar, etc. the powdered stuff for Agriculture is probably more suited for soil apps on large fields of crops. and probably in large bags.

Looks like this is the stuff, I just went down a rabbit hole on the gov website on that strain.. this is the commercial version, I can prob find it local. At what cost though! Haha. I will grab some SAG on eBay.

This stuff is prob pretty good, looks like it’s listed at 10grams to 10kg.

Ordered floranova and a new ushio hilux grow bulb, installed the ac and waiting on a second co2 tank, will get this party started. After more reading over the month I decided on the floranova bloom, still want to try jacks but would like to try Lucas again first.

And there is no southern ag gff in Canada, sucks I have to order off eBay and pay as much shipping as the gff. Rather go with what I have the most info on for that strain, it’s a rabbit hole for me otherwise.
